Everything stopped.
I started tearing up.
"Do you not remember me?" I said to him, now in tears.
His facial expression changed.
"Aly! I'm sorry, I was just kidding.
I wanted to hit him.
But I didn't.
He's hurt and all.
"I hate you, Gray!" I said to him.
He laughed.
The bastard actually laughed.
"Ugh, if you didn't already have broken bones.." I mumbled.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"I'm fine, it's you I'm worried about."
"I'm okay, as long as you're okay."

I bent down and pecked his lips.
We smiled.

He grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers.
Just then, there was a knock on the door.
I walked over to see who it was.
It was Ethan.
I opened the door.
He looked genuinely worried.
His eyes were glossy.
Did he actually care?
"What do you want?" I asked him.
"I just wanted to make sure he was okay." He answered
I moved to the side so he could come in.
He looked down at Grayson.
And then he broke out into tears.
"I-I..I'm sorry man. I know, I don't know you. And you don't know me. But you're my twin. And a piece of me died when I heard the news." He said to Grayson.
"I didn't know about you, I swear if I did, I would've looked for you and never stopped until I found you." He continued.
Ugh, I'm gonna cry.
"It's okay man, it's not your fault. It's his fault." Grayson said referring to his dad.
"Do you know what happened, why we didn't know about each other?" Ethan asked Grayson.
"I know why he left..but I don't know why we didn't know about each other." Grayson answered.
"Well, I plan to find out." Ethan said.
They talked for a while, just trying to get to know each other a little better.
They are twins after all.
Later, a nurse came in and told us Grayson and I could check out soon.
We just hung out until we could leave.
My mom wasn't there, because she had work..and she couldn't leave.
She called and made sure everything was okay though.
Its not that she doesn't care..
She does.
It's just that, her job is really important.
She's a workaholic.
It all started when my dad left a couple years ago.
She works really hard to keep our house, and I'm so grateful for that.
I just wish we could spend more time together.
But it's fine.
I have Grayson now.
And maybe Ethan can start coming over.
You know, if their dad would just leave them alone.
I wonder what happened, why they didn't know about each other.
After Grayson and I were able to leave, Ethan, Grayson and I went home and just watched movies the rest of the day.

I wanted him to open up to me.
I didn't want him to close up again after this.

Later my mom came home and told me she needed to talk to me..
