I started at the sound of my door slamming into the wall, and fell off of my bed.

Despite my memory-foam rug breaking my fall, it still stung. I groaned as I lazily rolled over onto my back. I tried to make sense of what just happened. My room was pitch black, and so was the sky outside. It was either early in the morning or very late at night.

Abruptly the lights turned on, making me immediately shut my eyes at the sudden brightness. It took me a moment for my eyes to adjust to the light even under my eye lids. When I did open my eyes though, I groaned.

Standing in my room was none other than Sheri.
"Good morning!" She chimed.

I glared at her. What was she doing here before day break on a Saturday?

"Ohh, someone's not happy," she mock-frowned at me" not much of a morning person are you?"

I rolled my eyes at that. She knew darn well that I wasn't a morning person.

"Alright! Up and At'em! I didn't come here to wish you a good morn' I came here to get you ready for tonight." She clapped twice and left the room, only to come back with a suit case that looked like the zippers would split.

Just looking at that bag made me want to hide under my bed which wasn't really an option because it was currently hovering, so it could be easily moved across the room. I wanted to pretend like I hadn't seen that monstrosity of a suitcase.

"When do we have to be at the museum?" I asked. Too tired to protest.

"Ten, twelve maybe."she shrugged.

"And what time is it now?" I mumbled, not really wanting to hear her answer.

"Four a.m." She said

I looked at her like she was crazy, groaning again before grabbing my blanket from my bed wrapping myself in it.

" very mature," she mumbled " now get up."

I peeked at her through the slits of my eyes at her looming form. At this angle she looked menacing, her short, spiky, strawberry blonde hair hanging in her face, which was now scowling at me. By the way she was looking at me I could tell that she knew I was watching her. As if a normal person could even fall back asleep after being woken up so abruptly.

The moment I opened my eyes she grabbed my ankles and dragged my limp burrito'ed form across the room, practically sweeping my floor with my hair. I hadn't realized it but she had dragged me into my bathroom.

"Shower, and wash your hair" was what she said before she left and shut the door behind her. "Wash your hair" I repeated in a mock tone loud enough for her to hear.

"you better!"she called back, through the door. I wasn't. I sighed, unwrapped myself from the blanket and got ready to take a shower. It would be over faster if I just did whatever. I didn't bother with adjusting the water temperature, it was already preset just the way that I liked it.

I turned a small dial halfway and flipped the switch for water beside it. Water slightly turned purple tinted with lavender body wash. I undressed and as the scent filled the room, deciding I'd make this quick.

After standing in the warm water for what felt like a half an hour I stepped out and shut off the water. Beside my shower was a dryer built into the wall, it was the size of a small closet made up of mostly glass. I stepped into it and too cold air blew at me in all directions. Half way through the drying process the air felt suddenly too hot and I hopped out.

I glanced down at my red skin and frowned, I would need to adjust the temperature later. "Clarissa! You done in there?" Sheri called from behind the door.

"Almost! Just give me a sec," I called back. I pressed my palm against the cool glass of the door, it opened on contact. My fuzzy green bathrobe was selected from a rack and slid out from the rest. I snatched it off of the hanger and it retracted, the door closed as it did.

I slid into the soft warm fabric and tied it at the waist. I was just about to open the door when I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. Although only the tips of my hair had gotten wet it had gotten completely frizzy from the humidity. Static made it cling to almost any passing object I passed by. " Hurry up in there!" Sheri whined. I sighed, taking one last look at myself in the mirror and opened the door.

She was standing on the other side, arms crossed. She looked irritated at first after she looked me up and down a few times she started to snicker.

"You look like a dandelion,"

I glanced behind me at the mirror again and kind of agreed with her.
when I had turned back around Sheri was standing near my desk with her back to me.

" How long are you going to stand in the door way? " she asks.

She's not looking at me she's too preoccupied with something that was on the desk ." You've been in the shower for over an hour it's five fourty right now, let's get a move on."

I was kind of dreading walking over there, what had she been up to while I was in the shower? Had I really been in the shower for that long? Couldn't have been. I walked over to the desk and wasn't surprised to see rows of makeup and hair products. Didn't mean I was happy about it though.

"Sit." Sheri pushed me into my desk chair and rolled me over to the makeup.

"Get comfortable," That doesn't seem like much of an option considering that 'getting comfortable' would mean somehow escaping this forced makeover and going back to sleep.

Sheri sighed. " Gawd! You're so stubborn, stop making that face! You look like your about to undergo torture!"

I made an effort to unsquare my shoulders, which probably looked a lot more awkward than it felt.

" better, but next time try not to look so constipated." She said looking a little irritated with my lack of cooperation. I sighed and just did what she wanted me to. The longer I kept her from working the longer I would have to be in this chair.

Sheri didn't take too long to get to work. She worked on my hair first, which must have taken five hours because my thighs were starting to get sore from sitting so long even though this seat had enough cushion for you to sink into. Just when I thought I couldn't sit any longer Sheri finished my hair and let me stretch.

She said that I wouldn't have to sit for a while and pulled me over to my bed, where a mound of clothes where waiting for me. I groaned " what did you do? Pull out my entire wardrobe?" I asked.

"Only the good stuff." She smiled at the pile, as if it was a work of art or something.

I glared at her, 'the good stuff' was her term for mildly acceptable clothing that must still go through the process of being tried on, modeled and adding other items.
This process repeats over and over until she decides that the outfit is 'the one'. I would now be on my feet for what would be another hour.

My day was going to be completely wasted. But then again it's not like it had anything planned. I shrugged and started to dig into the pile.

What the hell, why not.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The process of finding my outfit and putting on my makeup went surprisingly quick. She had not let me see my face yet, even though I could feel the weight of the makeup and was getting anxious I just let her do her thing. She had just finished doing something to my hair. I heard the snap of a closing hair clip and got even more curious. What was she doing back there?
"And....Done!" She wiped her hands on her jeans and walked circles around me. She stepped back, and smiled. "Perfect."
"Well I'd hope so after all that time it took." I stumbled in the wedges that she loaned me. I wanted to get to a mirror and decide wether or not going out in public would be bearable, but more importantly to see if I looked like either a street side hooker or a deranged clown but before I could get to the bathroom Sheri called out a body length mirror from one of the wall panels. Why the hell was my room synced with her voice?
But that didn't really matter at the moment, because I was staring my reflection right in the face. I flinched away from it, not recognizing myself for an instant.
When I had snapped out of it I was in awe at her work. She had used natural colors, nudes, and dusty pinks. Only a small amount of eyeshadow was noticeable, the rest was so perfectly blended that you couldn't even distinguish the different shades, she used royal blues and aqua marines that made the blues of my eyes almost glitter with the hidden colors that I've never seen before.
Some how she did all of this when I barely ever see her wearing any make up herself. My hair was a pretty mess of curls and waves half pinned up with a clip. I wore skinny jeans and one of my long forgotten tops with embroidered tiny pinkish pearls, that we're sown into the edges of the lace.
the outfit felt normal, but also girly and comfortable. Except for the heels, the heels could go screw themselves.
The lip balm that the used on my lips matched the pink purls on my top and also reminded me of the shells me and my mom used to collect when she was still here...
I looked over at the jewelry box that sat on my desk. Inside it was the shell that I had once given to my mother..I hadn't thought about her in a long time. " thank you," it came out alot quieter than I meant it to
Sheri gave me a look to tell me that she understood. I never really got emotional about anything else and she knew this. I should have gotten used to this by now though, it's been ten years.
She pats me on the back and starts to clean up all of the stuff she's taken out, even putting away the clothes that she had pulled out of my closet. I appreciated that she had given me a little space, she knew that i didn't like for people to see me when I wasn't composed.
Sheri worked hard to make me look beautiful, so I will be happy today. Today was going to be a good day.
I glanced at myself in the reflection of my window and hoped that she didn't realize that I smeared the make-up.
"Feeling better?" She asks. She looks a little concerned and her easy-going personality is wiped from her face.
I gave her my best smile, but I felt it falter just a little. "Yeah,"
She frowned at my voice. It was small and cracking.
"If you don't feel up to it, there will be other sightings. We could always just-"
"Yeah right! I'm going. There is no way that you're going to wake me at four in the morning for nothing." I told her in my best joking tone.
The room grew quiet her eyes swept over my face for a moment and filled with a emotion that disappeared too quickly for me to understand. She quickly took a step back and a she gave me a tight smile.
"Glad to hear it,"
~~~~~~~~~~~

Okay so about an hour of 'getting out' I was starting to strongly regret my decision. The very little amount of sleep I got was catching up with me, and I was irritable with hunger.
"Don't worry about food" she says, "I got it covered," she says, what a load if bull! we sat here with no food, except for a croissant each.
which I finished and I was about to finish off my iced coffee while she hadn't taken a sip of her black espresso.

I cringed at the thought of how bitter it must be with no cream or sugar. That was probably the reason she hasn't taken a sip. That's what you get for trying to act all cool sher.
I sat there and occupied myself with stirring my diluted coffee. Or what ever was left of it anyway and absently blocked out Sherri's rambling about the "thief guy" yes, I just called him the "thief guy" because I don't know his name, and I wouldn't give a ounce of energy towards trying remember it.

"Clarissa,.....Clair!," she stood up from her seat and leaned on the table "CLAIR BEAR!" I flinched as she yelled in my ear, then visibly cringed when I realized that she called me by my childhood nickname.

"Never again," I said simply when I recovered. Snatching the remainder of her croissant and taking a large unladylike bite from it. I would have finished it too, if she hadn't snatched it back.

"Hey.." She kind of pouted as she inspected the tiny piece left from the carnage.

"You, know if you weren't my best friend I would of fought you for stealing my food," I shrugged, she knows I eat a large breakfast, a croissant and a few coffees aren't going to cut it.

I really wish I had made breakfast. Bacon...eggs..waffl-

"Anyways," Sheri says interrupting my daydream "since you Obviously weren't listening. I'll just sum it all up. If you see a single rose, given to you from an anonymous person. Don't touch it. If you do you will become his next target, and he doesn't stop until he gets what he wants."

She looked at me and stared, she seemed deathly serious. not a hint of playfulness in her voice. Jesus, its not that serious. Just avoid him then.

"are you even listening?" she sighed.

"Mmhmm, yeah,"I shook my now-empty cup and let her hear the ice clatter inside."I'm going to get another refill." Sherri groaned at my indifference and earned a giggle from me.

"okay, okay I'll listen when I come back," I hurried over to the cash register and ordered a refill of a Carmel iced coffee.
It took less time than I expected. when I took two dollars out to pay the refill fee the cashier just waved it away.

I looked at him in confusion, wasn't it two dollars for a refill? I scrambled through my purse for an extra dollar hoping I had enough.

"on the house," he said kindly. He smiled at me in a way that made me a little dizzy. Why was his smile so charming?

"No, I can't. " refusing the free drink.

I didn't want to feel like I owed someone. he let my arm stay in mid air along with the money.

He chuckled at me and just shook his head again. "seriously, it's fine. I own this cafe it'll be just fine without two dollars. Plus isn't this your third refill?"

I blushed in embarrassment. He had been counting?
"uh, yeah." I mumbled "thank you then, for the drink." I averted my eyes and tried to think of a way to slide him the two dollars.

"Will that be all Clairissa?" he asked. He said giving a subtle look behind me as he said so. I looked behind me and saw that I was holding up the line.

I knew at that moment my face must have been beat red.

"Yesthankyougoodbye," I mumbled and scrambling to get the drink and move out of the way for the next customer.

I heard the cashier chuckle as I did so. I noticed a tip jar on the side of the register and dropped the two dollars in while he was taking another order. I hurried over to Sherri who was impatiently tapping her nails on the table.

she looked up at me and her eyes went wide, a grin slowly slid across her face.

" what'd I miss while you were getting your coffee?" She asked wiggling her eyebrows.

"Nothing." I answered her giving one last side glance at the cashier who had somehow knew my name.

Sherri gave me a questionable look. "Anyways what were we talking about?" I Say as I finally sit down.

As I hoped she forgot all about her suspicions and shot back into her topic, happy with my enthusiasm.
We sat there in that cafe and talked until noon, somehow changing the conversation entirely.
I found out that she had broken her record for holding her breath underwater while she was at camp.

"When I came back up for air I had accidentally scared a few kids who had swam out into the deeper part of the lake," Sherri told me with a evil grin.

I choked on some of my coffee in the process of trying not to spray her with it. she had to pat my back while I laughed.

"Wow, s-sounds like you had fun." I sputtered still laughing. I tried to calm myself down but it wasn't helping, she was doing imitations of the faces the kids had made.

"Okay, I'm convincing dad to let me go with you next year." I said between the choking and laughter, completely forgetting about what had happened with the cashier.

Sherri rolled her eyes playfully at me and rounded the table to sit back in her seat when she saw that I could breathe on my own again.

"Like you could handle it. You've never been out of Amstres once Let alone the main city. You're probably the type to be scared of mutants. you would start complaining the moment you set foot out there," she plopped back down in her chair and gave me a 'high and mighty' look and started laughing all over again.

"Okay then! That's a bet!" I called out feeling a little more playful than usual.

Sherri just smiled and winked then sneakily directed her gaze behind me.
Then looking between me and what ever was behind me. My smile slowly slid away.

Being curious I quickly turned around in my seat
"gah!" only to jump back and almost fall out of my chair at the close proximity of a person.

It was the cashier guy from earlier who knew my name. He was staring down at me biting his lip and shaking from trying not to laugh. His hair barely out of his eyes, but it didn't hide the amusement. I quickly righted myself and tried to scoot my chair away in the most respectful way I could without it being awkward ...and failed.

" erm, hey." I said a little nervously. my voice going up an octave.

"hello to you too. you know, you're not sneaky." I looked him in mock confusion. Until he took the two dollars out of his pocket. I must have been blushing furiously. because my face felt hot and Sherri gave me a questionable glance.

" you thought I wouldn't notice." He said giving me a broad smile.

" what's up ken? Did she leave you short? Cause I could pay the rest." Sherri looked at me again waiting for an explanation." By the way isn't this your shift?"

" I'm letting the new employee handle it for now, plus I own the place I can take breaks when ever I want to."

He glanced at me, and smiled "But no she doesn't owe anything, she just gave me an unexpected tip" ken went and grabbed an unused chair from a nearby table and dragged it over to ours. he sat back wards on it and folded his arms over the top.

"Oh is that why you're sitting with us?" Sherri smiles.

"Well that and because we haven't been hanging out much lately." he shrugged.

" she's been at camp all summer. This is her first day back." I cut in trying to become part of the conversation.

"Ohh, okay that explains it." he made a mock-pout face at Sherri poking out his bottom lip. " why didn't you tell me? I had no one to talk to all summer and was stuck watching TV the entire time. Well that and pummeling guys in info-world basketball."

" so you like beating five year olds in basket ball now? Jeez, if you wanted to play one on one with a pro all you had to do was ask."

Ken rolled his eyes and reverted his attention back to me. " oh, I almost forgot the reason what I meant to do in the first place," he slides the two dollars across the small table completely extending his arm all the way up to my cup. I couldn't decide if the action was just to make a point or to try to show his muscles. I opted out for the latter.

Completely embarrassed, I took back the two dollars as graciously as I could and took a sip of my coffee.

"Thanks," I mumbled. Looking away from him and out of the floor-to-ceiling window.

This earned a laugh from ken and Sherri. " you're strange, most girls I offer free drinks to jump at the chance immediately," he folded his arm over the back of the chair again and rested his head on it. " I think I like her, Sher." He says to Sherri.

I don't respond to that comment. Mainly because I don't know how and ignoring a person is a lot cooler than stammering like an idiot.

I knew Sheri could tell how uncomfortable I was, she was so much better at reading me than anyone else I knew "Ahh, don't worry about the oversized Barbie doll Clair," ken ignored the 'Barbie doll remark' and if he cared he didn't show it.

In my head I wondered if they had still made those. But I on the other hand couldn't stifle the laughter.

"He acts like this towards every girl. or the majority anyways..." Sherri trailed off.

" Hey! I've just realized, you've never offered me a free drink before! how many years have I been coming here?!"

I looked over at Sherri who looks kind of annoyed but still looks like she's having fun.

"I only give out free drinks to the cute ones." He shrugs.

That comment earns him a smack to the back of the head from sheri and I start laughing again. Then he caught me looking and he winked at me. I flinched which wasnt my intention but I felt the urge to scoot away.

"Ouch," he said playfully when he saw my reaction.

" what, am I not pretty enough?" he asks in a mock pout which only has me laughing harder.

Sherri waves away the kens last statement. " ken, you are the prettiest doll out there. If you were ever to meet Barbie I'm one hundred percent sure that she would ask you to party with her."

Ken makes a face at her that says 'I'll never forgive you' and at this point I'm crying.
I'm leaned over the table in laughter and my sides start to hurt. I blame the laughter on my lack of sleep.

we all talk for a bit and the uncomfortableness I once felt started to fade away. We killed so much time at the cafe that we had almost forgot why we were originally out. we left before dark and we went to go walk a bit before we decided to take the rail.

Ever since I was a kid I felt uneasy about taking the rail, not because it was just a car magnetically hanging from a rail. Not even the fact that it was mainly made of glass, but just the fact that we were so high above ground and any malfunction with the one thing we're hanging from and it'd be a long drop. We rode the rail for a long while and I contemplated ways id position myself to survive if the rail were to ever give out. There wasn't much conversation between me and Sheri, but probably because she was lost in her fantasies about that burglar thief or whatever. I focused on my own paranoia until it was time to get off.

We started our day out with a bit of roaming. It had been a while since I've been in the Capitol, we stopped in an arcade for what seemed like an eternity. Sheri seemed to be having fun though, witch was nice.

I went off and found a claw machine while she was distracted with a first person shooter simulation.
I managed to drag in a small prize after a few tries, they were all small white boxes marked with question marks so I didn't know what I had won until I opened it.
It was a low quality holo-crown. I put the thin band around my head and turned it on, a very faint projection of a 2-D flower crown appeared.
When I found Sheri again she had beaten some kid's top score under the name 'w1nn1ng' and she replaced it with an infinity symbol. Her favorite sign off. She liked the flower crown I had won, especially considering I usually don't waste money on games.

"Nice, you ready to leave?" sheri wasn't grinning but I could tell she was more than just happy, she was brimming with it.

"Yeah, let's go see what you were so excited about" I was starting to actually feel curious, her enthusiasm was infectious.

We strode for the museum we had an hour until it was supposedly supposed to start. we hadn't even made it halfway through the block before we were met with a wave of an audience between us and the museum. Of course most of them were girls, all of them screaming and a few die hards had made posters. I cringed at the aspect of getting any closer but Sheri took my arm and dragged me into the over-excited crowd, my ears rang with all of the shouting and yelling.

I tried to yell over the crowd, "how much longer do we have to wait"

She didn't hear me, so I nudged tapped her shoulder " When!" I yelled as loud as I could, she heard me this time and I couldn't hear her reply, but it looked like she had said an hour. An hour to sit in a rambunctious crowd of hormones and screaming fan girls..and a few fan-guys. My head was throbbing from the noise and lack of sleep, I wanted to go home. I distracted myself and watched enforcers and a few other branches of the law that I didn't fully recognize patrol the out side of the museum search lights were directed at every inch of the building. I watched for anything out of place and anything that they might have missed, and I caught it. That one instant of something flitting across a corner into a shadow ironically created by a poorly angled searchlight. I looked around to see if anyone else had noticed, but no one was really watching. I had only just noticed that me and Sheri had gotten separated. I don't know how, it was too crammed to move anymore. I figured that I'd look for her after it was over when the crowd thins out. looks like I'm here for the show.

I directed my attention back up to the building and this time when I noticed him, he was alot easier to spot. Mainly because he wasn't hiding this time, he stood at the top. there was no say that this time I was the first to notice because the search light was directly on him, by the way he was acting it wouldn't be far off to call it a spotlight.

I gawked as he legitimately waved to the crowd. Was he an idiot? The crowd finally noticed him and roared, I almost got smacked in the face by someone's over excited flailing arm.

Enforcement immediately spotted him and all opened fire, I gasped. The culprit jumped off of the over hang and down below. I flinched and waited for him to hit the ground. The crowd went silent as if we were all collectively holding our breath. I lost sight of him and scanned the ground for him. There was no splat. Instead a shadow appeared behind a enforcer with a gun who was still pointing at the over hang.

I squinted and realized it wasn't a shadow, the thief shoved him at another armed enforcer and a third noticed what was going on and tried to shoot him. but by then he was gone.

He ended up shooting one of his own men in the chest and I screamed. He stumbled a bit before falling backwards. He's dead! Oh my god he's dead! a few other people shrieked but some cheered. I felt a roll of nausea, I wanted to get out of the crowd. I wanted to go home.

I would if I could but the crowd was packed in so tight I couldn't move. Dad is an enforcer, what if that's him up there. I looked at him a bit longer but it couldn't be, the enforcer had tufts of red hair. They lifted the downed enforcer up and carried him away. There didn't seem to be any sort of urgency.

I couldn't help looking to see if I could spot the man who got the enforcer shot, but maybe he had disappeared again. in the corner of my eye I saw something move. There, high above on another building he stood and watched the crowd.

Everyone's attention was still on the museum, I don't think anyone spotted him this time either. I don't know if it was the glare of all the lights or my eyes playing tricks but I saw the tiniest bit of green.

I couldn't take my eyes away, it felt like he was looking back at me. He didn't let the crowd know he was there, Instead he jumped again and I lost sight of him.

I've had enough for one night, I just need to get Sheri, and go home. Enforcers started to make their way into the crowd and tried to get people to leave. I shoved my way through and made my way to the end of the block.

I dialed sheri on my holo-phone, irritated that I was left having to use it. I spammed her phone waiting for her to answer, when she finally did I was almost panicking. "where are you! some one was killed and you're not here!" I was shaking a bit, and I was yelling.

"Calm down, calm down. Where are you? Who died? You okay?" She seemed almost as panicked as I was.

"The enforcer! He was shot! how come no one cares?"

"Clarissa calm down, he's not dead. Those were tranqs." She said calmly her she calmed down when she figured out why I was flipping shit.

"God Clarissa I thought you were in danger," she was being shoved by an enforcer "piss off! anyway where are you?" she asked shooting a glare behind her as she started walking. I told her where and she told me she'd meet me. I hung up and leaned against the wall of the building.

I tried to calm my nerves, and I told myself that it was okay. No one died tonight, I'm okay, everything was okay. I just really needed to get some sleep and remember never to let Sheri take me out for girls night or whatever this was ever again.

I sighed, and watched as people dispersed. "Hello?" My head shot to the voice. I hadn't even realized that someone walked up to me. It was a tall guy, he wore a black T-shirt and jeans along with some sneakers I didn't have the name for. I couldn't see his face against the brightness of a street light, I could only see his silhouette.

"Uh...hello," I shuffled. Not comfortable with someone I just met standing anywhere within five feet of me.

"Sorry,I'll be quick. I just noticed that you seem a bit shaken up from earlier. I was selling flowers to fans earlier and I thought one might help you relax" he held out the flower to me and I looked at him, I thought I could almost glimpse his face.
I tried to get a better look, but all I could see were his eyes which were a dim green from the shade.
"Miss?" He said calling me back to attention

"Oh, yeah sorry I don't have money for both a ticket back home and a flower,"

He seemed confused,"don't worry about it, I got my earnings for the day. I just thought.." He seemed like he was lost for words. He slightly lowered his arm. Maybe it took some courage to approach me, who knows.

"Thank you," I said gently taking it from his hand.

"Clair!"

I turn to Sheri running at me full force. I move out of the way to avoid having her tackle me while in heels. "I'm ready to go home." I tell her. I'm sore and tired.

"I think I am too," she sighs and looks around "hey, who were you just talking to by the way?"

I turn back to the guy who had giving me the flower "I was just talking to.." There wasn't anyone there. Maybe he left when I had stopped talking to him. "Never mind he's gone."

"Oooh did you give someone your number?" She nudged me "finally going to get a boyfriend huh,"

I shook my head at her and walked in the direction of the rail station.

"As if Sheri, quit it and let's just leave already."

I fumbled with the flower the guy gave me which of course made Sheri ask a me a butt load of questions until I had gotten home. She dropped me off and had her boyfriend pick her up. I briefly wondered how her boyfriend felt about her cheering and screaming for another guy.

I went to my room dropped the rose onto my nightstand not hesitating to take off my shoes and clothes.

God, that felt so much better. I scrubbed my face clean of all remnants of makeup and put my hair in a bun. I stumbled over to my bed and almost missed it entirely. I was dead asleep before I even connected with it.

~~~~~~~
I woke up to the beaming light of the sun. I cursed myself for leaving the window open last night, I must've been so tired that I had to be half asleep when I had opened it.
I sat up and stretched, shaking off some of the grogginess. I stood and went to the bathroom after grabbing some clothes. I got ready for the day and took a bath. when I came out I noticed how cold it was in my room, so I shut the window. I sighed and wondered what I'd do for the day, but I came across something odd. On my bed was a cream colored rose. I could've sworn I got a red one. I glanced at my night stand and it was still there.
Maybe Sheri gave me hers last night and I forgot. I looked around my room and found small things out of place like things knocked over, and my drawers ajar. I started to get worried. In that moment I remember what sheri said about being approached.
I threw the cream rose across the room.
I looked back at the window and then to the rose, and I felt almost certain that this was all bull crap.
But if it wasn't..
"..He doesn't stop until he gets what he wants,"
Oh hell no.
