Tired and weary, Bill Nye stumbles into a small clearing, exhausted from a night of travel. He had heard fables of a third Clan, but their mysterious territory was nowhere to be found.
Bill Nye: That was a long walk! *wipes sweat off forehead* *is breathing heavily* I should get some rest. *lays down and looks up*
Planetstar: *whizzes past Bill* WHEEEEEE
Bill Nye: *bolts into a sitting position* Hey! Come down here! *to himself* Maybe he knows where this third Clan is!
Planetstar: *slowly lowers down onto the ground.* What do you want? *is hovering a foot above Bill Nye.*
Bill Nye: After passing through ForceClan and VelocityClan, I heard rumors of a third Clan. . . could you direct me toward it?
Planetstar: Yeah! Just follow me! *starts floating upward*
Bill Nye: Uh, I can't fly. . .
Planetstar: *rolls eyes* Right. Sometimes I forget about you lowly ground travelers. Jump on my back. *lowers himself onto the ground*
Bill Nye: *climbs onto his back*
Planetstar: *flies up*
Bill Nye's ears flatten against his skull as they fly above the clouds, encountering a strange, upside-down circle. Planetstar sets Bill down on the top of the ragged island.
Planetstar: *leaps away from the floating island* *floats around* This is the GravityClan camp. Since you don't have GravityClan blood, you can't manipulate it like we can.
Bill Nye: How interesting. Well, can you bring some of your cats over to explain the concept of 'gravity'?
Planetstar: *nods and flies beneath the island, on the main side*
Bill Nye: *seats himself, brushing some dirt off the little spot*
Planetstar: *flies back up* Here are a couple apprentices. . . meet Bill Nye!
Pressurepaw: Hello!
Masspaw: Hiya :D
Bill Nye: So, tell me about gravity.
Planetstar: Gravity is a phenomenon that occurs pretty much everywhere. Basically, all things with mass attract to each other. The larger the mass, the bigger the gravitational force.
Masspaw: *nods in agreement* Mass is the amount of physical stuff in something; weight is the amount that gravity pulls down on an object.
Bill Nye: *nods, intrigued* How interesting! So, how does your weird island thing work?
Planetstar: *freezes* Uhhh. . . *suddenly bursts into motion, pinning Bill Nye down with a nasty snarl*
Bill Nye: WHAT STOP I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!
Planetstar: That is our most well-kept secret. Leave us alone! *shows teeth*
Masspaw: *nods in the background*
Bill Nye: Okay! I won't ask. . . just, can I go now?
Planetstar: Sure! *pushes him off the edge of the island*
