They both fuse and Pearl was so shocked at what she was feeling that she quickly defused and then tell everyone about it.
She went inside the beach house and said " Okay so I just fused with Lapis and this is how it was like.... I felt love towards me but she seems distant and she seems like I'll use her and prison her forever "
