Falling.
Seems to be the only things I’ve been doing.
Why was I the one to plummet? I was so faithful. Had I lost my grace?
Oh dear… What if I did lose my grace? What could I have done to disobey my God? Maybe he just thought I was a threat…
No that’s not possible. I didn’t want to rule over the other angels like Lucifer. I don’t have a pleasure of burning souls. All I ever did was praise my Father.
And now I’m falling….
Suddenly I started to feel something I’ve never experienced before. A huge burning sensation among my back. I’ve only heard and witness this feeling. Many of Father’s children on the grassy lands experience this. Often from falling on the ground or being beaten by the confused believers. Other times it’s from heart ache of a lost one who ends up in our kingdom or hurt feelings.
Pain.
The feathers upon my wings began to wither away or singe from the friction of the air touching the wings so harshly. I tried to open them to slow down the fall, but my back was against the air. My wings were forced upon me.
Fearing what might happen to me, I wrapped them completely around me. I’ve never experienced time before since I was one of the first angels ever, but the fall felt like it was hours.
Suddenly, I collide with the surface.
I was so soar from such a landing. I look to the ground. Dirt….. I’m on Earth. I’m with the humans.
I looked up. The sky was grey. Water fell upon me. The angels were crying.
I tried to stand, but my legs shook. The Earth's atmosphere is much different from heavens. So i fell back down and just sat there. Thinking... I don't even know how to communicate with humans though I've heard their prayers. Thinking... Will I ever hear my Father again or any of my brothers and sisters?
Thinking...... What's going to happen to me?
