Wind filling my lungs while blood pumping through my legs and arms. Sweat washing down my face as I ran far away.
Ahead lies a fence with a box near it. I climbed the fence with adrenaline pumping. So happy and free when my mind and body has become contained.
Illusions that your mind makes up. You don't know how you can see a glimsp of the future but you can through the illusions. When you grasp what I've been waiting to have in your life your mind cuts you off and so does your chip.
Wake up. Work out. Stretch out. Eat. Work. Sleep. That's the life I've been living for the past 15 years. Soon to be 16. Tomorrow is the day I turn 16. I don't know why but it comes every once in a while.
I heard a beep indicating that the intercom will go off.
"Experiment 6.71 please report to Section L Terminal 13. You are needed."
I got up and I walked over to Section L Terminal 13. I found a bruinet woman with brown eyes. She was a bit tall with her heels. She has a white dress with a light blue jacket. A man next to her. He had bruinet hair and ice blue eyes. He too had a white outfit. White long formal pants, a white button up shirt, white shoes that were close toed, and I notice freckles on his nose and cheeks.
White outfits meant very important, or that what I found out. Similar outfits also meant very important. Usually a woman wears heels and a man wears formal pants and a formal shirt.
"Experiment 6.71 reporting to Section L Terminal 13." I stated.
"Good job Experiment 6.71," a lady in a lab coat stated. I nodded at her approval to my formal greeting.
The lady stepped forward. "Experiment 6.71, we will need to do tests and see if you are ready for production. Please come with me."
She lead the way to an isolated room. I sat down on the cot and humans who I had not recognized started to hook me up.
I felt uncomfortable with the new humans doing my tests.
"Please excuse the staff. We are trying to train new humans."
"Of course."
Within time I started my weekly tests. First questions about the world and seeing if my brain can occupy the knowledge. Next physical fitness, followed by relaxation of the brain.
I went to my room and within the next couple of days, my tests would be negative. Negative is always what I aim for. It gives me more time to think of a plan.
Trick DEM. Trick the system. Trick my brain and make it reality.
I will see illusion of the day I run away tonight.
The fiery ball of light was showing today and like always, it made me feel warm.
The box was sparking and then it stopped. Cameras were down and I had to move quick or the back-up system would kick up.
I broke the glass window of my room and ran out. I ran to my muscles content. Wind in my lung. Blood pumping. I wiped sweat away as I was going faster than normal. I heard noises and they were noises I had heard before. A high pitched beeping along with voices. Motors and engines. But they were all at once unlike the usually which is seperate.
I saw the fence and the box. I climbed the fence trying to avoid my gown getting caught. It ripped as I tugged myself up. I got to the top and pulled a piece of wiring. I broke it off and took it with me. I left without looking back. I stabbed my arm and pulled out a piece of my body.
My teeth grinding at the pain. I dropped the chunk and I wrapped my arm with a piece from my gown.
I ran and ran into the jungle to hide. The noises got faint and I still ran. I didn't stop, I left out a relief noise and my muscles around my nose made a cresent moon shape. I ran foward while feeling an urge in my head. I started to slow down but I forced my body to move faster.
Trees and wood. Wood. WOOD! I found something, I walked up and saw a fiery ball on a piece of wood. A crackle every once in a while. I dropped to my knees due to exhaustion and I saw a boy. A darker boy look at me.
My mind went blank.
That night I didn't see illusions. Instead of was blank and black.
