If I close my eyes, morning will be here.
I go to sleep with them.
My day is filled with them.
I think about them when I should not.
I'm too young for them.
Why do I have to think about them now.
If I go to sleep, another day will be here.
They have stayed.
They have taken my ability to sleep.
So that I can focus on them more.
Therefore, I cannot find peace in sleep.
Because if I close my eyes.
Another day is here.
And they are everlasting.
No, I have never written a poem before, (and yes this is probably trash) but whatever I'm proud of it and that's all that matters.
