Kitty Panic Attack

The waverider was a beautiful silver metallic machine and in truth, the group were in complete awe of its vast size, as they entered it seemed as if the corridors continued and never ended bringing a sense of adventure, something the group were eager to venture around to take in its wonders.
It seemed old as if it had tales to be told... Stories for those who wished to listen to, there seemed to be scratches and burns marks littering the walls as if there had been various battles onboard.

"Wow" Stein exclaimed, himself and Ray had both came to a standstill to simply absorb their surroundings. The pair were in their element, and they were trying to absorb as much as they possibly could.

The two began to squabble over how the timeship worked, neither coming to an agreement. It seemed as if Stein felt threatened by the young genius and needed to squash the hope Ray had.

Following through the hallways, Clarissa, who had stopped multiple times to look around, was not far behind, decided to ignore their progressively annoying bickering about how the ship functioned; what is was made of; who remembered who. Instead, she simply rolled her eyes which she was doing a lot more often since she had been recruited.

She let the nerds be nerds.

However, Mick who was still interested in the entire drug escapade grabbed onto the professor, his eyes ablaze with his increasing insanity.

"Whatever you roofied him with, I'd like some." The arsonist exclaimed, the look of pure madness painted all over his face.

"I didn't roofie him!" Stein shouted adamantly, trying to defend his terribly thought-out lie.

"Oh, I am not judging." The deep voice bellowed out of him as he spoke and the arsonist grinned, before dragging the elder male off somewhere.

'Good luck Stein' the cat chuckled mentally as she watched the look of terror on the professors face.

Unannounced, Kendra and her lover boy entered shortly after, a look of uncertainty and surprise evident upon their faces and the pair looked around. The two were pretty much joint at the hip by what Clarissa could tell, the way Carter followed Kendra around... Just as if she was a goddess and he was lucky to be walking the very ground her hidden feet touched.

"This is amazing, I've never seen something like this before." She admitted as they walked forwards, her eyes wide and mouth hung open as she did so.

"Neither have I, seeing as I have over four thousand years of memories, that's saying something." The male bird mumbled as he spun around.

"Way to toot your own horn, Hall." Clarissa piped in as she elegantly flung herself into a sitting position on the floor. Carter looked at her, rolled his beady eyes before he brushed off her comment and followed the girl he loved, who continuously rejected him.

Ouch.

Clarissa hated to be ignored.

"Cats eat birds you know, and I haven't eaten since yesterday, I'm starving, Sugar!" She hissed out, trying to get her point across that firstly, she hated to be ignored and secondly, she could easily hurt him without really caring at all.

"I do not think that really includes hawk-people, Clary. But by all means go right a head, it would be rather entertaining." Snart smirked as he stood in front of her, his towering figure blocking the light from her general direction.

"Oh bite me, Elsa." The female snapped as she stood up from where she was to move away from the criminal. Snart just cackled at her defensive nature, as he made the gesture of biting with his mouth. The man of cold then decided to shoot her a wink which she chose to ignore, biting back a crude comment as she did so. Oh, all the things she could have said to him, cruel words that would have actually dented that giant ego of his.

Snart infuriated her, but she did not want to let him know he was affecting her, he would only win.

The group found themselves at the front of the ship, in a room that had at least nine chairs plus a swivel chair at the front, which Clarissa assumed was for Rip. The chairs did not look overly comfortable with their metal frames and appeared to be a rollercoaster seat with the way a metal contraption came down to pin them in their seats.

Confinement was not exactly her favourite thing in the world.

"How does a vessel of this size function without a crew? May I ask?" Stein inquired, once again being nosey. The man wanted to know how things worked as the technology was so advanced and a head of their time, he wanted to understand the new world and made it his job to find out.

"I do not need one, I have Gideon." Rip explained, and instantly a glowing projection of a head hung over the table, scaring the living daylight out of Clarissa who hissed aggressively.

The female raised one of her well groomed, ginger brows at the sight.

"Because that isn't totally creepy." She snapped earning herself a glare from the Time Master himself, almost begging her to keep quite for once, with his vacant eyes.

"Welcome aboard." The A.I greeted. "I am Gideon, an interactive artificial consciousness programmed to operate this vessel critical systems. And aid Captain Hunter on his mission." The polite projection explained to the passengers.

"Captain," Snart commented with an eyebrow raised as he did so.

Clarissa turned towards the man of cold with a grin on her face. "Kinky." She chuckled before she sent a wink towards Rip, who seemed rather uncomfortable with the gesture.

Snart only smirked.

"Yes, that's quite enough of that Ms Falls. Gideon can assist me in locating Vandal Savage."

"I thought you said Vandal Savage was quite active in the twenty-second century." Inquired Ray, this caused the cat to roll her eyes at his stupidity.

"I thought you were a genius, targeting him when he is at the top with all the playing cards and holding all the power... It's a huge disadvantage for us, it's like walking into a battlefield without a weapon." Snapped Clarissa, as she watched the millionaire's mouth fall into an 'O' shape.

Feeling the tension, rip cut in.
"Indeed. Unfortunately, Vandal Savage has kept his movements hidden throughout the centuries. Not even Gideon can determine where or when we can find him. But I have the next best thing. A man..." The time traveller paused for affect. "...Professor Aldus Boardman. Professor Boardman is the leading... Well the only expert on Vandal Savage, we're going to pay a little visit."

"Course plotted for St.Roch, New Orleans." The robotic voiced called out once more, informing the new found team of their next upcoming destination.

"St. Roch?" The hawk-man commented.

"Date: October seventeenth, nineteen seventy-five." The robot continued.

"You're not joking about this whole time travel thing are you." Clarissa laughed as she watched the entire ordeal, a large Cheshire's grin upon her face as she picked at her nails.

Rip who rolled his eyes at the talkative cat, rushed into a frenzy towards his captain's chair, his lengthy brown coat swished violently behind him as he did so.

"I suggest that you all strap yourself in. Temporal navigation is not something you wish to stand up for." The time traveller urged on as he pulled down the metal contraption and clicked in into place. Thus causing the cat to gulp at the scene before her, the thought of having the metal lock her into place made her want to dash towards the door and far away from the ship itself.

Suddenly, the team themselves rushed towards the closest seat next to them that was available, panic evident on their faces as they sat down and clipped in. The ginger timidly stepped forwards towards the chair between Leonard and Sara, gulping loudly in fear. In the past, she had been subjected to horrors above the average person imagination, confinement within the chair scared her... It only brought back haunting memories she wished stayed buried beneath lies.

And in truth, being afraid was something she was rather unable to admit to herself let alone other people.

Stepping gently forward, she had to force herself to sit in the chair while her aggressively shaking hands grabbed onto the cool steel of the chest piece. The female grunted as she pulled the heavy metal downwards over her chest, almost feeling the wind being knocked out of her as it locked into place.

"Clary?" Snart asked looking to his side as he watched her panic. This was a first for him, even though he had known her for most of her criminal career, it was strange to see the normally fierce and sarcastic female fall into a state of panic.

It was rather terrifying.

The gingers hazel eyes were flickering everywhere and she sat fidgeting in her seat. The female tried to find a way out of the predicament and off the ship, she should have never agreed to come... She should have stayed in her city, with its open space and everything in grabbing range free for her to steal.

'I can't be here' Clarissa panicked mental voice shouted at her.

"Clarissa?" Snart barked once more to get her attention. But he only received glassy eyes and a facial expression that seemed distant and not truly listening to him.

"I'm fine." The lie slipped past her, like an instant reaction.

"Time travel... Cool." Mick exclaimed, thankfully taking the attention off of his friend, knowing full well she needed some space.

Rip, who had turned his chair inwards to face the group, began explaining the side effects. "You may feel some slight discomfort. On rare instances, there may be some Ehm..." He ranted on before mumbling "Bleeding from the eyeballs."

Kendra's eyes grew wide at this sudden information before she shouted "I'm sorry. WHAT?" Panic flowed through her veins.

The group began to look around at one another, annoyed and scared at the information.

"You seem surprised by this... He's not one to exactly tell the truth now... He did knock us all out." The cat teased while gritting her teeth at her own discomfort, which caused the time traveller to gulp, afraid she had figured out his true intentions. Fortunately for him, she was just as oblivious to the rest of them.

"The human body is used to time unfolding linearly." Said the Captain as the ship began to take off rather uncomfortably.

Clarissa felt the air leave her lungs as the belt crushed into her chest, reducing the space she had left to move. The girl wanted to scream out, to be released as she began to thrash around, her cat claws then elongated from her finger tips and shortly after she began to try to cut herself free as her hazel eyes bulged widely.

Pants of breath left her mouth as her head bent forwards in a way to try to avoid eye contact, especially with the others who had noticed her distress. Clarissa's body convulsed against the restraints as grunts hit the open air.
"Get me out." She muttered which was left unheard.

"GET ME OUT!" She screeched. "Please, please just get me out." She pathetically begged, losing the bad girl reputation for a few moments while she basically screamed and begged to be let out.

"Ms Falls, I advise you to remain still. The belt will unlock once we are safely on the ground, you will hurt yourself if you continue to resist the safety precautions." Rip tried to explain but was only met with the beast like look from his companion. The females hazel eyes had turned a shade of vibrant bloodlust filled red before the pupils dilated into cat-like slits. Her teeth had lengthened in sized and sharpened into fangs ready to bite and snap.

A lion-like roar bellowed from her chest, scaring Rip into silence as he threw himself backwards into his chair, trying to get more distance away from the woman who was clawing desperately at the restraints... Leaving large claw marks and dents into the metal. The loud sound awoke the once unconscious teenager who was highly confused about their location.

"Ah, Jefferson. I am glad you did not miss this." Stein grinned at the still half asleep boy.

"WHAT THE?" Shouted Jax, who joined in on trying to get free from his metal belt.

"Like I previously said, I wouldn't do that if I was you." Rip rushed, trying to get at least one of them to understand the safety precautions.

"We want to be released. Hunter." Clarissa spoke, but her voice had been replaced with something deeper and laced with malicious intent. Just as if she had been possessed by an evil phantom.

"Get me off... WHATEVER THIS IS." Jax continued to shout.

"Good luck explaining this." Sara teasingly exclaimed, finding the situation rather humorous.

"I did him a favour." Stein stubbornly snapped, ignoring the fact his younger companion was struggling to get out next to him. Trying to break free just like the female who sat across from him.

Snart let out a sour chuckle at Stein.

"He doesn't look all that grateful." The male had tried to hide his concern for his old flame, whose exhales were getting progressively louder next to him. The screeching of nails on metal had stopped but her head had fallen forwards once more, her hair thick was sweat as the luscious ginger curls swayed due to her shaking.

Leonard Snart reached out a hand to comfort her, which was a rather strange action for him, but as his hands touched her clothed skin the females head snapped up towards him. Captain cold eyes widened and his mouth hung agape at the scene before him, her once pale and flawless skin had sprouted tuffs of midnight black silky hair, and her eyes had clouded over like she could not properly see him.

Snart instantly retracted back his hand. A look of confusion on his face and his fear for her and his fear of her... only intensifying.

"Just hang on, and remain calm." An annoyed Rip hunter sighed as he rolled his eyes and turned his chair around so it faced away from the manic situation.

"All of your worlds are about to change."
