September 8th

"Bestfriendd."
I walked to Meek's room and saw him pretending to be sleep.
"I know you're not sleep Rihmeek. Wake up. I need some help."
"With what Nic?"
"Makeup or no makeup?"
"None. Only eyeliner."
I watched him throw his arm over his eyes and I pouted.
"Why don't you like me wearing makeup?"
"Nic, you're beautiful without it. No matter what that nigga says, you're beautiful no matter what. Don't let him tell you any different."
"Aww Rihmeek. You're so nice. That's exactly why you're my best friend."
"Yeah yeah.", I heard him say as I walked out.
Robert "Meek" Williams
My phone started ringing so I answered it without seeing who it was. Bad mistake.
"Hello?"
"Where the fuck are you? I thought we were supposed to meet up."
"Fah chill the fuck out with that. It's too early for this shit."
I turned to look at the time on my dresser and it said 1:43 P.M.
"Meek! It's almost 2 in the afternoon."
"Aight."
"So we meeting up or not? I got other plans."
"Yeah we meeting up. Give me another hour."
"Don't have Nicki answering the door either. I don't think she likes me."
"Okay."
I hung up the phone and saw Nicki walking.
"She was right. I don't like her."
I laughed and put my phone back on the charger.
"Didn't you say a hour? You can't get ready if you're just laying there."
"I'll get up."
I threw my arm back over my eyes and Nicki poked my stomach.
"if I get out the shower and you're not gone, I will trash your room!", Nicki yelled walking out.
I heard the front door open and Nicki & I ran downstairs.
"We're back!", Carol yelled.
I kissed her cheek then took the McDonald's bag from her and went to the kitchen with Nicki behind me.
"So, what are the plans today?", Robert asked.
"Well I'm going to meet up with Jacob and Rihmeek is going to meet up with Fah."
"Nic come on. I left that name when I was little. It's Meek now."
"You will always be Rihmeek to me.", Carol said.
Nicki put a french fry in my face and I bit it.
"Hey!"
We laughed and kept on eating.
"Well, we're about to be gone for the next 4 days. Remember tomorrow, school on time. I don't want any calls. Get homework done. No parties.", Carol said and we nodded.
"We know. We've been through this before.", Nicki said.
"Great. See you guys when we get back. Be good. Both of you. Nicki be nice to him. Rihmeek be nice to her. No fighting."
Carol kissed our cheeks and we watched them walk out the door.
"Well I need to go take my shower and you need to get ready to go see your irritating girlfriend."
I looked at her and she laughed. I shook my head laughing then heard both of our phone's ringing. I grabbed my food and ran upstairs to my room.
"Meek! Fah is here!", Nicki yelled.
"Hate when she does this shit man. Okay! Send her up!"
I walked in my room and heard arguing.
"Aye! Shut the fuck up! Nobody wants to hear that shit!"
"Nigga shit the fuck up. Nobody scared of you.", Nicki said.
I watched her slam her room door and I laughed.
"Come on girl."
Fah walked in my room and I continued eating.
"You're not dressed.", Fah said.
"I was about to after I finished eating but you came over here. You gotta stop popping up."
"Well, that could be changed."
I sat down on my bed and looked at her, still eating.
"How?"
"You could give me a key to the house."
"Hell no!", Nicki yelled.
Fah rolled her eyes and I laughed. I shook my head and went back to eating.
"I don't know why both of y'all have a problem with each other. Nic is really good peoples."
"I don't like the idea of you and her being in the same house."
"Fuck outta here with that shit. She got somebody. We're bestfriends. Nothing changing."
"I still like don't like her."
"You don't have too. That's why she don't like you."
I took my shirt off and Nicki walked in.
"Deen called me and asked if he could come over."
"Why he ain't call me?"
"Cause he said he tried texting you but you didn't answer."
I picked my phone up and unlocked it then saw the message.
"Tell him yeah. You going out or staying here?"
"Going out.", she said and I nodded.
I finished eating my food and threw it in my trash can.
"I'm about to take a shower. You can watch tv or do sum until I get out."

"Nic! It's for you!", Meek yelled.
I grabbed my phone charger then went downstairs and saw Meek staring at Jacob.
"Meek move. You always do this everytime he come over."
He backed up from him then looked down at me.
"Don't trust him."
I sighed and shook my head.
"Be careful Nic. Watch your surroundings too.", he said and I nodded.
He hugged me and I walked out the door with Jacob behind me.
"Is he always like that? Protective?", Jacob asked and I nodded.
"He actin like he your boyfriend."
"He might not be my boyfriend but he's been my best friend and he's been by my side when nobody else was."
He nodded and opened the car door for me and I got in. I saw Meek standing at the door then my phone vibrated.
You okay?
Yeah. He already being aggravating though.
Exactly why I don't like bull. Something up with him though.
I giggled at how protective was of me but I never see it as a concern I like it
I'll see you when I get back. Love you.

I laughed at him then put my phone in my purse.
"You ready babe?"
"Yeah."
He nodded and pulled off.
Robert "Meek Williams
"What's wrong with you? Ever since Nicki left, you've been acting odd.", Fah said.
"Nic is always in this house. Feels weird without her here."
"But you have me. You're girlfriend Meek."
"I know you my girl Fah, but Nic was there for me when you weren't. Her family took my in when they didn't have too."
"I'm not putting up with the disrespect Meek."
"Just get the fuck. I'll see you tomorrow."
"Fuck you Meek."
I watched her walk out the house and I laughed. I heard someone knock on the door and it was Deen.
"What's up man."
I closed the door behind him and went in the living room.
"I found some shit about Jacob."
"The dude Nic dating?", I asked and he nodded.
"And it's not good shit either."
