What did you do when you reached 100 followers?
Well, I am Sabrina Elouardi. And I fangirl a lot. So when I got 100 followers yesterday, it was while I was finishing up my latest update and I kind of...squealed a lot and imagined having a cardiovascular attack.
You have a book Preview for "Black Widow", tell us a bit about this story and where you plan for it to go, without giving away too much!
Black Widow is a book that follows Chains, Charisma, and Congress. The novel is insidious like Chains, but different because instead of a wolf being the one to tell a story of vengeance...it's a writer. I plan to introduce a fiendish girl in the next chapter, will start where it left off once I finish up Chains.
What is your favourite story on Wattpad and Why?
My favourite story on Wattpad is probably Angelique by DannyDeAngelus because it's such a serious work, yet every update I'm smirking because Danny's my best friend. And we make fun of each other all the time.
What is your favourite Movie that has been based on a Book?
Probably HP and the Deathly Hallows, Part Two because JK Rowling truly spellbound me with the last book in the series, and it truly was perfect.
Who is your favourite author?
My favourite author...I guess would be Rick Riordan because he was the one who inspired me to continue developing my passion for writing. And he's a troll. You have to love trolling authors.
Would you like to write professionally?
Yes! It's a dream of mine. When I get out of high-school, I'd like to take up two majors...one being English. I will try my best to get published, but as my professor said, it's really difficult and rejection can lead up to 2-3 years at least for publication to happen.
What inspired your story "The Vow?"
The Vow is a prequel to a story I was going to write called Sand Castles, which is a humorous revenge-y story. The protagonist, Bryony, is basically the rebellious version of me: snarky, sarcastic, nerdy/geeky, immature. The Vow was also a song I wrote, that was goofy, so I was like "heck, I'll make this into a story." And so far, it's been awesome.
Why do you think your story "Sabrina's Song Book" is your most popular one?
I think my songbook is my most popular one because for me, writing songs and writing in general is like exposing a chunk of a diary that circulates around my life. Also, the songs in my songbook I envision to have a southern twang to them, and if you listen to country music...you're not listening to the stereotypical "I drink like crazy, my wife left me, her ol' daddy shot me because I went out with his daughter" sort of music. Country music is exactly what I said: a chunk of a diary exposed that discusses the hardships of life that really, everyone can relate to.
