Liz calls Sara on the car ride home. "I don't know, it was just different. He wasn't distant really, just...I don't know."
"Liz, maybe he's just trying to find a way to handle his feelings for you."
"Maybe you're right."
"Did you ask him about the model in the magazine?" Sara chuckles.
"Funny. Bye, Sara." As Liz hangs up, she can hear Sara giggling.
Liam greets Liz and Ella at the door. "Where have you been?"
"Daddy!" Ella yells as he lifts her up, giving her a kiss.
"We had lunch with Harry."
Liam looks upset.
"Liam, stop. I'm like a million months pregnant, he wouldn't want me."
"Are you kidding? Harry freaking loves pregnant women."
Liz laughs.
"Besides, I want you." He says, leaving a kiss on her cheek.
"Well, you have to, Payno, cause you're stuck with me."
He grins. "Just the way I like it, Beautiful."
Ella starts pulling all her new toys out of the bag.
"I don't remember you saying you had plans with Harry."
"We didn't. He spotted us at the toy store, then invited us out to lunch."
"Daddy, toys. Unkey."
Liam gets down on his knees, looking through the bag with Ella. "Uncle Harry bought you all these toys?"
Ella smiles, nodding her head.
"I tell you what, Ella. You take your nap now, when you wake up we'll play with all these toys."
"Yes, Daddy."
Liam lifts her into his arms, moving her to Liz for a kiss. "Why don't you go lay down, Beautiful?"
Liz didn't realize how tired she really was until she laid on the bed. While she lays there she can hear Liam singing Ella to sleep. A happy smile settles on Liz's face as she closes her eyes.
A few minutes later, Liam joins her in the bedroom. He crawls onto the bed, kissing her belly before sitting beside her. "I need to talk to you, Liz."
She feels her heart drop. "What's wrong?"
"Remember a while back, we told my parents that they could use the villa for a big family get together?"
"Sure."
"Well, apparently it's next week."
"What?"
"Yes, my mum said she told me. I don't remember."
Liz laughs. "Shocking."
Liam grins. "Anyway, she really wants us there."
"Baby, I can't fly."
"That's what I told her. She really wishes you could come, but if you can't, she was hoping Ella and I could go. Honestly, I think she wants to show Ella off."
Liz grins. "How long would you be gone?"
"A couple of days."
"You should go, Liam. Make your mum happy. I'll be fine, the doctor said everything looked good at my last check up."
He shakes his head. "What if you need something?"
"Sara is here."
"I don't want to leave you, Beautiful."
"I'll miss you too, Handsome."
"I love you, Liz."
"I love you more, Liam."
