Plot: Cas was graceless and the demons were when you got stabbed on the stomach.
Your POV
I held my gun down as I walked silently to the tight turn of the empty pavement. I peeked on the edge to see nobody there and I sighed leaning on the wall when I felt a hot breath on the side of my face. "Gotcha," the black eyed man said as he pierced the blade through the side of my stomach and I was shocked. He pulled it out and I fell to the ground. "Dean! Sam! Caas," I whined as Dean walked in on me bleeding. "Oh God, Sam! Cas!" He yelled as Sam and Cas ran over to me. "Oh dear father what happened?!" Cas said pressing my wound. "Demon," I breathed out as I passed out to the dark. I woke up with someone carrying me, running. I looked up to see Cas's beautiful face. "Cas?" I asked as he looked down at me and breathed heavily. "Demons," he breathed out as he ran slower. "I got an idea," I said wiggling out of his grasp. "We should make a bomb for the demons. I'll be the one to trigger," I proudly said knowing I will die anyways. "Hell no," thay all said sternly. "Stop! I'm gonna die anyways, and I wanna die doing something... like saving your asses," I said shakily and looking around. "Holy crap," I whipwred as I pointed the demons on the left. Then I started running to the back of a random shop and sitting infront of the counter.

Dean and Sam did the bombs except Cas because he was crying beside me.
"(Y/n) no," he whispered in my neck. Then we heard a gunshot and glass shattering. "Go," I pushed Cas but he didn't budge. "Castiel," I cupped his cheeks and kissed him. He kissed back but I let go and stared at him. "Carry on my wayward son," I whispered as I pushed him up and I took the bomb triggerer. "Cas I love you, I will all so you soon," I said as Dean and Sam hugged me and dragged Cas away with them. "There'll be peace when you are done," I whispered ad I heard loud footsteps getting louder. "Lay your weary head to rest," I sang as tears fell down my cheeks and visible black eyed men came into view and looked at me. "Don't you cry no more," I whispered and triggered the bomb and the tanks exploded. When the nearest tank exploded, everything went black.
