Chapter Four (unedited)
Okay. So I suck at describing wolf fur and all its colors so I decided to post what they look like so you wouldn't give me the 'what the fuck' look when I describe them :>

"This was Sarah's room when she came here, she's like you though. She liked her room simple and clean" Amanda had a soft smile on her face as if she was reminiscing the past
"I grew up with your mother. Well more like I was once her teacher in her school when she was a kid" as Savanna watched the spacious room, her eyes caught something that shined from the sunlight. Slowly walking yet her ears were trained towards Amanda who continued her story
"It was.... Well I'm not sure what year it was. It felt so long when I met her when she still had pig tails. As a creature who lives for hundreds of years I have done many things. Things I want to discover with what humans do for a living, good or bad they seem the same to me
" but I knew your mother was a werewolf the moment I set my eyes on her. She was quiet yet provoked, she's fighter" a chuckle left her lips while Savanna stayed rooted. Her hands now watching the pendant dangling from her neck just as she fiddled it against her hands
"I've always thought your mother was different. She.... She was different from other wolves but we didn't didn't know what. I may be a seer but I did 't know what she could do. all I know is she could do things no one was capable of doing and it was just.... overflowing her presence"
"Where did you say you've met her?"
"Texas" she smiled "born with rogues who left their land to live with the humans. Pretty much many creatures would prefer living with humans then councils who's up in our asses"
Savanna couldn't help but laughed when she knew it was true. Werewolves who lived in their community where not really free, they had laws just as humans but were more threatening. After all the more werewolves who ranks the lowest gets, The more your aren't treated good. It was how their life work, fight for position without fear. Kill if possible and never pity
They were taught to be fighters. A pack of beast yet she heard many story of others who would rather live a normal life. Have a family and be happy, Savanna had thought about it but throughout her youth her father trained her to be what she is
A beast
She had seen her father kill without mercy, she had been but a frightened five year old girl when a wolf battled him for his position. She've seen him rip him apart and it was the first time she was scared Of him. He had said once
' love is for the weak. It tears your sanity apart once you love. It scars you just like your mother had scarred mine'
She remembered him say. It was those years when he weeped from her death- she had believe this had made him cold, Heartless and stronger
But was he though?
"Hey Amanda?"
"Yes dear"
"How did my parents meet?"
"Oh"
Savanna then turned to her in curiosity before she ask
"What happened?"
The seer looked hesitant before she watched the curious little girl who only stared at her, her hands still holding Sarah's pendant. The pendent from her friend which held too much memory for her before a sigh left her lift
"Do you wish to see her past?" She ask seriously while Savanna could only look at her in confusion
"Do you want to see how your mother lived her life. To see her memories- Memories that was never forgotten? I could show you?"
"I thought...." She trailed off. Could she really? Could she see through her mothers prospective. On how she lived with the humans instead of the werewolves
"It's more like you travel through time again but they wouldn't see you. You are nothing but a ghost to them"
"Have you tried this?"
"No, like I said I have everyone's knowledge yet I do not know them for I can show it only to them"
Savanna thought. Savanna had live her life rough, love wasn't something she had much from anyone but from her friend who was now long gone. So the thought of seeing how her mother lived here interested her. with finality and determination she nodded
"Alright come closed dear" when she did Amanda then Warned "remember to hold your breath, close your eyes and empty your mind. And always follow where your mother goes. Good luck" with that- Amanda raised her hand and placed them both sides of her head until Savanna felt her head getting squeezed by a cold sensation
Savanna couldn't help but close her eyes until she felt her body relax with ease
She heard rustling until hush whispering were heard. When Savanna slowly opened them, she found herself in the forest. a man and a woman stood, they looked frantic like someone was chasing them until she heard the man hiss
"you need to leave, take Sarah with you. I'll hold them down until you could escape"
"NO I'm not leaving you behind!" the woman had begged until a little voice rang through the place. It was then she notice a little girl.
"Mommy their coming"
The couple looked at each other. Sorrow etched on their faces knowing there was no way out but this
"Come on Sarah"
"But dadd-" Sarah didn't have the time when she was pulled forcefully by her mother. The woman's clothes began to shred as she transformed into a wolf while Sarah sobbed, her little form on top of her mothers furred back. They ran until they knew the guards have finally found her husband. The woman seemed to feel her mates pain as she flinched until she knew it had stopped. The bond created destroyed and her heart was filled with nothing but empty darkness
She didn't look back though, she only ran until they stop in a clearing- the lady began to transform back as she pricked her fingers with her elongated fangs
"Come on child"
"No! Papa!" The child screamed in terror. Her face was covered in tears and dirt but the woman only hiss in anger
"Sarah! You are a wolf remember that! Do not cry, now remember what I told you. Jump and do not breath- don't look back until you set foot on a ground and run alright? Mommy will find you as soon as I find your father"
Savannah watched her mother- a child who only nod her head and step into the clear ground only to be swallowed by it. But she knew the woman wasn't going. She knew that she had made her mind as she hunted back where the wolves had finally caught up with them
"You can never find her" she gasp. Her eyes wild in fury
"You made a big mistake" the wolf who turned back had said
"I will not let you turn her Like me!"
"She will grow more dangerous. Tell us where you transported her now or you will never see her again!"
"Your threat has no meaning to me" it was then she attacked. Hairs began to sprout through her skin as she transformed into a black wolf. Her eyes were no longer it's color but everything turned grey. Somehow Savanna was surprise when she began to rip each one of them in two, but when she heard a whimper behind her- she had turn only to look in confusion when she was no longer on a field but an alley
"My names Sarah" the voice had scared her that when she turned too fast and lost her footing- before she could think fast, she found herself falling behind some trash bags only to realize it was a bed
"What the hell?" It seems like she transported to each memories that Sarah had hold dear- Savanna had watched a new family take her. Her life was filled with nothing but with love and fun that she felt more human then a werewolf. She had saw her first love, when she started school, where Savanna saw the white haired seer, dress as a teacher with a smile on her face. The day she got her first heartbreak but in the end she still smiled from her first lover after another. But as Savanna watched with a smile on her face she had notice the world began to grow darker. And the more she saw the more her heart squeezed.
It was an ordinary day for Sarah when she was suddenly investigated by people, they wore white coats as the family who took her in nod at a guy who looked around sixty
It was then she understood the picture before her.
She had been sold by those humans she call family
There were needles and Sarah had screamed in pain when they took in her blood- placed other chemicals or whatever liquid it was on her body as she grew weak
Savanna didn't how but somehow she felt every single emotion she was dealing. She had smelled the pure fear that made her heart ached as she shook before passing out. It was until the door broke down and two huge wolves came, ripping everyone who dare touched the unconscious woman, then Amanda came in after and didn't hesitate to disarm the belts that refrained Sarah from moving
Amanda's eyes only focus on her as she began to hold her forehead. Savanna's eyes widen when she saw Amandas eyes turn black
It was as if she had heard the gasp that Amanda suddenly looked up as they met each others gaze. Not knowing what to do- Savanna only stared until Amanda started grumbling in a language she didn't know but just then, Amanda whispered something she was awfully familiar with
"Xiouhcoatl"
Savanna stared at Amanda who went back to looking at Sarah before she had took Sarah into her arms and placed Sarah gently on the wolf who's fur had the mixture of brown and black
But when she heard a crash- her head whipped against the other side where she saw the the bigger Wolf. Somehow Savanna couldn't stop staring as it stared at her back. Hes eyes blue, The eyes that captured her attention. They had shade of the ocean but as she looked closely, she had notice the other was lighter and had a tinge of green in them. No one had that but a man she met just minutes ago. They continued to stare at each other but it was shorty cut off when he suddenly launch forward, making her scream and crouch only for the wolf to attack a man who had a gun aimed at him. Shot blew off as the wolf went limp against the dead man, the other wolf though came near but stopped when it began to breath. Slowly it began to transform to its new form- a man who Savanna couldn't stop staring. Lucas laid as he breath hard, the silver bullet had hit him by his shoulders while savanna only could stare as his shoulders began to bleed, but as she watched more, the silver began to spread through his arms like a virus. black veins appeared, small or big until Amanda rushed in and took the bullet out with her own bare hands. he had scream. He screamed that made Savanna step back until she felt a table stop her, turning she then found herself in the mansion
Amanda and Raphael came out behind her where they place Sarah in the bed while Lucas only sat- nursing his injury- watching. Raphael began to tighten a cloth on her arms to keep the blood from Circulating before he took out a bigger needle. although Savanna felt sick seeing a needle being shoved into her mothers skin, she knew Sarah was dying. She had lost a lot of blood from the scientist who had taken for research but as she looked and heard- she knew her beating heart was slow. Somehow her hand reached up toward her own beating heart as tears began to form through her eyes.
Raphael looked at Amanda for confirmation which made her curious until he took out a bottle. The smell wafted through the room that made her look at Raphael with fear
"its the only way we can do"
Savanna just knew from its smell and the power that came from. she knew it was a witches blood, but something deeper and familiar
"When this woman wakes up, their is a possibility she will never look at herself as true wolf but a cursed creature" she warned but Raphael knew he had to. This woman needed to live
"And if we don't she dies, and we all will be doomed. Your choice" Amanda didn't reply after but gave a sigh
He slowly injected the needle on its bottle before he flicked the needle. Savanna couldn't watch anymore. Werewolves despises witched for centuries. Elders had told stories over them who feed for wolfs blood.
somehow the more she watched the more she felt Sarah's fear. and when the needle had been inserted, She felt the scrutinizing pain
she screamed
her heart began to speed as she watched days by day roll by, when Sarah had finally awoken only to fall in depression when she was pulled out of her life and back into her past. When she began to slowly heal, she met father
it was a Sunday morning, Sarah had left the mansion for groceries. she always went out when she wanted air or another scenery to look at other then the Mansion since it could get a bit lonelier, something she hated. Although they allowed her to leave the mansion they still feared Sarah would run away but that day, mother had met father
Sarah rummage through the milk area where she began to find her favorite one until a scent hit her hard that she stop to look around. she didn't even remember what happened next because the next thing she knew, people were screaming as shots were fired. frantic she looked if anyone was hurt only to stop on her tracks when she found a man, he was facing the other side where he watched the man who laid in his own pool of blood curse him
slowly he began to turn as their eyes met for the first time. Their world seemed to stop as they only watched each other. For some reason, Sarah felt alive again. Seeing him made her smile when she knew what this meant
father came into the human world because he was given the mission to kill a rogue who had fled and now he had been found, they did not hesitate to kill him. He had explain his job and what he did yet his dark past didn't scare her. Blinded by love she had forgiven and changed him into a better men. the affair had been kept a secret for if anyone knew behind the walls of the mansion, then she knew they would do anything to stop it. This was the moment father had ask her to run away with him, leave and come back to where werewolves truly belong and she had accepted it in a heartbeat.
but there were consequences when she entered her home again. People had known as they began to find her. the people who once came for her searched every pack, day by day until a year have pass, Sarah fell pregnant. the couple were ecstatic yet as the baby began to grow, the mother had grown weaker. It was the forgotten fact she never acknowledge until this day. She knew that once she gives birth to this child, then she was sure to die since the blood that kept her alive for many years would leave hers and into her unborn child, yet she had kept it from her mate until the very day she ran away and into the human world where she begged for options she couldnt afford.
"Amanda you need to help me please! I can feel the baby coming but somethings wrong, somethings awfully wrong. Whats going to happen" Sarah begged the seer who only looked at her in sorrow. She knew this would happen but her decisions were her rights and she couldn't change what the future holds for them
finally Amanda keeled in front of Sarah who continuously beg for her child to live until she spoke in a hush voice
"your options are limited for your going to sacrifice much more. I see two roads for you. She will either die and you shall live and be happy with your mate, or let her live with the witches blood, a stronger creature that people are threatened with, she will grow more than your specialty but could destroy your kind or either save it. Are you ready to leave the man you love, the man you have never said goodbye to or told the power you hold and the baby?"
"jus do anything to save her Please" she begged once more before amanda closed her eyes
"alright'
That night was the night of many emotions shed, it was the night of happiness for Sarah when she watch one more time as her healthy baby was carried by Amanda's bloodied hands, It was the night that destroyed Her father as he sat at home- their home as he cried in confusion from her departure. it was the night Amanda smiled when she touched the healthy babies face knowing this girl may hold the peace against their kind and the enchanted ones
but one stood behind the dark as Amanda hushed the crying baby. His eyes trained only at the child as something began to steer his beast. And as he looked, he could feel an emotion he had never felt for a long time
because he knew in the near future, the baby who weep at the woman's bosom and would become more than a woman who may destroy the ice that surrounds his heart
And for the first time, Lucas felt fear and love combine for this girl may be his weapon
or his poison...
