Sometime's I'd think I'm stupid. Maybe because I'd feel fluttery whenever he would brush his calloused fingers against ny cheek and despite how rough his hands always were, they always felt so comforting against my skin.
Maybe it was how he'd hold my heart with one glance from his dark eyes and how I'd fall everytime his gaze pierced right through me and how he knew everything about me.
Maybe it was the way he'd kiss me; the way his chapped lips would move against mine and how easy it was for him to whisper sweet little nothings in my ear because of my stupid, naive little heart.
Then I realized that I was stupid. I was in love. Which was worse, because being in love was a whole lot worse.
