Finnick has always been like a brother to me I have never got round to asking him what his dad's name is I'm snapped out of my thoughts
By a knock at the door and there stands my Peeta and Finnick I run upto Peeta and hug him "I give you guys some space"Finnick say "I need to ask you something Finnick"I say "what is it" what is you dads name" "his name was Mathew everdeen then he married my mum and became an odair"he says with a confuse face as if he's thinking what I'm thinking "my dad name was Mathew Everdeen but he died when I was 8 it's not possible "I cry "my mum got married to him 12 years ago I'll phone him if you like "he says and I nod my head finnick dials his number it rings for a couple of seconds the he picks up and Finnick puts him on speaker "finnick how are you my boy " he says
"Dad your on speaker I need to ask you something I have a best friend called Katniss Everdeen is she your daughter "he asks and I hear sobs coming from the other end of the line "k...Katniss is she there with you" he asks "yes she is you can speak to her if you like " Finnick says he passes the phone to me Peeta holds my other hand supportively
"Dad?" I cry "Katniss how lovely it is to hear your voice"he says "why didn't you come back for me "i say with streaming down my face "when you and Finnick get home from deployment do you want to meet up for lunch" "yes dad that would be great I have to go see you soon " bye love you Katniss "he say then the line goes Peeta wraps his arms round me and I just cry into his shirt Finnick leaves knowing I need to tell Peeta the news we sit on the sofa and snuggle up together "Peeta?" "Yes Katniss " "I have some news " "what is it ? " "I'm pregnant again "he looks me in the eyes and kisses me
"How far along are you "he asks with a smile "2 months I only found out a day after you got kidnapped " "I'm so happy Katniss I can't even explain "
We lay on the sofa when I get tired we go to bed Peeta falls asleep with a smile on his face I fall asleep shorty after
Katniss has her Peeta back
Finnick and Katniss are brother and sister
