Jacob Lautner:
5:45 pm
After picking up Holly and her family and dropping them home, Derek & I just chilled and took a small nap. After our nap, we hung out with our friends. We played some football and chilled at the park.
After the park, I dropped off Derek at his house and went home to go take a shower. Once I was putting my shirt on, my cellphone starts to ring. It was Holly. I answered.
"Hello" I said.
"Hello" Holly said, cheerfully. "I'm all rested up now. What are we gonna do on this fine evening?" Holly asked.
"Woah! Someone is way too excited" I chuckled.
"Of course I'm excited! I get to hangout with you silly!" Holly said and I smiled.
"I'm getting ready right now and it's a surprise, as to where we're going" I said.
"Wow! I hate surprises! Ha! Just kidding! But I still wanna know!" Holly said, whining over the phone. It's so cute. Makes me smile.
I started to laugh. "Don't worry. It's just a place where we can just sit and talk" I said. I put my phone on speaker, while I was fixing my hair.
"Okay! Well, I'm ready" Holly said. She seem very impatient.
"Okay. Just hang on princess. I'm just fixing my hair and I just have to brush my teeth and put my shoes on" I said, rushing myself.
"You're such a girl Jacob! Hurry up!" Holly started to giggle over the phone.
"Hahaha! Very funny!" I said, laughing. "Now that that you said that, I will take my time" I start to smile I over the phone.
"No don't! I really want to hangout with you already! I miss you!" Holly starts to beg. "Please?" I smiled to myself.
Once I was finish fixing my hair and brushing my teeth, I go in my room and put my shoes on. Then I put some cologne on. I am wearing a white v-neck shirt, dark blue jeans , converse and a black leather jacket. Something casual. "I'm gonna leave now. I'll be there in 5 minutes" I said.
"Okie dokie. If you're not here in 5 minutes, I'm gonna go to sleep" Holly said, teasing me.
"Don't worry. I'll be there before 5 minutes" I said, laughing.
"Ha! Will see! Starting.....NOW!" Holly yelled out. I ran out of my room like it was a race. I grabbed my car keys, said bye to my dad and ran into my car. I had my phone still on my ear while I did all of that. "I'm gonna drive now. i'll call you when I'm at your house" I said.
"Okie dokie. Bye bye" Holly said and he hung up. I started up the car and drove off to Holly's house.
I get to Holly's house and call her. "I'm outside" I said and she hung up. I waited for her and finally, she got out of her house and ran to the car. She was wearing casual clothes as well. She gets in.
She gave me a hug once she got in the car. "Five minutes were up I was about to fall asleep" Holly said, joking around.
"Yeah right! You know you wouldn't fall asleep because you want to hangout. Especially since it's me that you're gonna hangout with" I said. I pinched her sides, softly. She was ticklish there and her neck. She moved away and laughed. I started up the car and drove off to Burbank.
We get to Burbank and I parked the car in front of Boba Loca, Holly's favorite place to go too. She was the one that told me about this place and it's not bad at all. It's funny how she doesn't put boba in her drink. I always laugh at her beacuse of it.
"Yay! Boba!" Holly yelled out. She got excited when we got out of the car.
"You don't even put boba in your drink" I said, laughing. She looked at me quick, with a face that always made me laugh. It was cute. Her eyes were squinted and her lips were like in a pouty mood.
"Whatever Jake!" Holly said and I chased after her. We ran around my car and finally, I caught her and carried her inside. She couldn't stop laughing. My arms were wrapped around her from the back. I let her go and she sat down at the tables. I went to go order our drinks. I already know what drink she always gets, which is a vanilla shake with no boba and I just get a taro shake with boba. Once i finished ordering our drinks, I sat at the tables she was sitting at.
I sat across from her.
"So, this the surprise. Coming to Boba Loca. Awesome!" Holly said. I knew her well enough to know that she was being sarcastic.
"I know you're being sarcastic" I pointed at her and she stuck her tongue out. I chuckled. "Ha! Bet you were craving this since you left the Valley" I said. She nodded with a smile. "That's what I thought" I smiled.
Our drinks were being called and I got our drinks. The straw color she always gets is a light blue or some shade blue. Blue is her favorite color and so is mine.
I sat back down and handed her, her drink and straw. "How was your trip?" I asked, putting my straw in.
"It was so much fun! Like I said before, I never wanted to leave that place" Holly said.
"Like I said before, I wanted you to come back" I said, smiling at her. Holly started to blush, as she was taking a sip of her drink. Then she changed the subject.
"So, anything happened since I left?" Holly asked, looking at me. It took me a second or two to think about it. But then I realize, what did happen when she left? The only thing that happened was that I was lonely without her.
"Well, I missed you. I was lonely without you and did I mention that I missed you" I said, smiling at her.
She started to chuckle a little. "Besides you missing me, what else happened?" I chuckled to myself and took a sip of my drink.
"Why? You didn't miss me?" I asked. Her eyes were s beautiful. Those light brown eyes when its hit by fluorescent lights.
"Of course I missed you, but I would also like to know if there was anything new, you silly" Holly said, grinning.
I started laughing. "I'm just teasing you. I know you miss me too" I said, smiling. "Not much really happened. You didn't miss anything. Derek and I hung out, thats it. Nothing special" I smiled at her.
"What did you do over there?" I asked.
"Well after New Year's, we went to Downtown Sacramento. Not much to see, but it was so pretty at night. After, we just chilled. We hung out, watch movies and ate" Holly said.
"Is that why you gained weight?" I said, laughing. I looked at her and she wasn't laughing. She wasn't even looking at me. She was sad. She took a sip of her drink and suddenly, I started to see tears falling from her eyes. They fell on the table. It seemed like she wanted to hold back the tears, but couldn't. She rubbed her eyes from stopping the tears from falling. "I didn't mean it like that. I was just kidding around with you. You know I'm just teasing you" I said. She didn't say anything. She kept wiping her tears away and started to sniffle.
I got up from my chair and walked towards her. I stood next to her. Her body wasn't facing me. She didn't want to look at me. I upsetted her and its killing me inside and out for what I said.
"Hey, look at me. Please?" I put my hand on her chin and pulled her face up to look at me. Eventually, her whole body was facing me. I took my hand away from her chin and held both of her hands. "I didn't mean to say that. I know that girls get really insecure about there weight and I don't ever, ever want you to feel insecure about yourself around me. I love you, just the way you are. You're beautiful and gorgeous , like when I told you that you were gorgeous and beautiful on New Year's Eve. It was true. Actually no matter how you dress, you're always gorgeous, beautiful and sexy to me. If other guys don't see that, then they are really blind and stupid to see who you truly are". I put my hands on her shoulders.
"To be honest with you, I get insecure about myself too. My nose", I point at my nose, "People would always make fun of my nose, but that doesn't stop me from being who I am because I love who I am and I should accept it. And I did. I know you love yourself Holly, but you keep it hidden. You shouldn't". I look at her and smiled. "Because I love who you are". I leaned my head down and put my forehead against hers. She closed her eyes.
"I'm sorry Holly. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. I hate myself for saying that to you. I even know your feelings are fragile and you're a very sensitive person. I took it too far and please, don't be sad. I'm so sorry for what I said. I really am" I said. I just keep apologizing to her because I wanted her to know that I will never hurt her like that, ever again. I wanted her to be okay and smile.
I give her a big hug and kissed her on the forehead . "I really, truly am sorry Holly. Please forgive me" I said.
Finally, she wrapped her arms around me. "I forgive you" Holly said, hugging me tight. Thank goodness that she started to talk.
I didn't want to let go, but I did because I wanted to see her face.
I let go and she started to smile. "Thank you, Jacob" Holly said and her cute smile showed. Their was a little bit of tears in her eyes and I wiped them away.
"There's that gorgeous smile I love a lot. Where have they been hiding? I'm glad that they're still there", I smiled at her and she started to laugh as she was wiping her tears away. "To be honest, everything I'm saying to you are true and not a lie. They're all coming from the heart" I said, patting on my heart. She kissed me on the cheek and my smile became big. I look at her, happy and thrilled that she did that.
I sat back down at my chair and her hand was on the table. I grabbed it slowly and held her hands on mine. I was surprised that she didn't pull away. Does she feel the same way as I do for her? It felt nice to hold her hand. "I'm really glad that you're back. We need to go somewhere before we start school" I said, as I was caressing her hands with my thumb.
"We should! Where or what should we do?" Holly asked, smiled. She started to get all jumpy on her chair, like she was excited to what I have in store for the both of us.
"We should go to Universal Studios tomorrow or Friday" I said.
"We should! That would be fun!" Holly said. Now she's even more excited.
I smiled. An amusement park with Holly will be a great date for the both of us.
Holly Davidson:
From the day we met and till now, I learned so much about what kind of person Jacob is. He's been through so much, like his mother's death and now he's himself again. I got to finally see who he was, before his mother died. And trust me, I love everything about him. From the pain, heartaches, lost, and sadness, I still love who he was.
Jacob can always put a smile on my face. When I'm sad, he's always the one to make me smile and laugh. When I'm with him, I can be myself. This was the first time Jacob has ever offended me. I was so angry and hurt from what he said. But when he apologized, it made me realize how he's so different from any guy that i liked. He made everything better between us and I couldn't stay mad at him.
One things for sure was that Jacob was right. Right about how girls get insecure about their weight and how they look. Jacob made me realize that I should love who I am. He loves me for who I am and he doesn't care about how I dress. He cares about my personality over looks.
I also learned that Jacob is a loving, caring, friendly, kind, humble and makes life easier to have. He basically has every single characteristics I look for a guy. He's fun to be around with and he can be a cheesy guy, which I really love. Has the most adorable smile ever because his cute dimples would show and his nose is really cute. No matter what people say about his nose, they're cute. He's the perfect guy that any girl would kill for.
Just simply perfect. And I'm lucky to have a guy like him in my life.
Jacob Lautner:
Everyday, I learn more and more about what kind of person Holly is. From the day we first met, she was the most beautifulest girl I've ever seen and I knew that if I got to know her, she would be an amazing person and would be easy to get along with. I notice every single thing about her. Even from the smallest to the biggest things she would do and wear. I know when she's sad by how she isolates herself from everyone else, but I was always there to cheer her up. I listen to every single thing she tells me. Even if it's something that's not worth being mad and sad about, I still listen and give her advice.
Her characteristics are simply perfect. She's friendly, caring, lovable, kind, and fun to be around with. She can be sarcastic at times, but that's just how she is and I love that about her. She's just being herself. I'm already use to her sarcasm and I'm pretty sure she can be herself when she's with me.
Her smile always brightens up my day, especailly with that cute dimple that shows. Just simply perfect. Any guy would kill to have a girl like that. Perfection.
But why can't I tell her how I feel? "Come on Jake! Man up and tell her how you feel. Because one day, someone better is gonna come along and take her away from you. You and her are perfect for each other. Don't you see that?" My conscience telling me.
What's holding me back? I've never treated any girl like this, ever. Even back home at Grand Rapids, I was never really this close to a girl, ever. But that all changed when Holly walked into my life. She changed me back to the person who I was before. She was there for me through my hard times and she helped me moved on. So, why can't I just tell her? I had so many oppurtunities to tell her, but I never do it.
I'm a coward.
Author's Note: The next chapter will be the both of them going to Universal Studios :D. Hope you enjoyed this chapter :D.
