Aleks and Eddie are reminiscing...
Aleks' POV-
(In 6th grade)
I have had the biggest crush on my best friend. He's so bubbly and attractive. He always smiled when he sees me, it's cute. We were currently playing video games in the loft. My parents aren't home, they rarely are
"Hey Aleks?" Eddie said
"Yeah" I turned my head
Before I could process anything, his lips were against mine. I have never been kissed... I could tell my cheeks were crimson. It only lasted a couple seconds, but it felt good. He smiled at me
"How was it?" He asked
"What?" I asked still dazed
He giggled "the kiss idiot"
"G-good" I stuttered
"You're cute" he leaned closer
I felt myself moving back. I don't know why I did, I like him. Instead of my lips, he kissed my nose. The doorbell rang and I got up quickly. Before I exited the room Eddie grabbed my sleeve. I turned to look at him and he just smiled. When he released the piece of fabric I went to the front door. It was Eddie's mom
"Hi mrs.Cardona" I tried not to sound embarrassed
She gently rubbed my cheeks "Aleks, your face is red! Honey what's wrong?"
"N-nothing mrs.Cardona"
"Well, tell Eddie I'm in the car" she smiled
I nodded and she walked back. I closed the door
"EDDIE"I called "YOUR MOM IS HERE"
He came down the stairs with his back pack and a smirk playing on his lips with a slight blush. He's so cute! We went to the front door and I reached for the door knob. He held my hand and stopped me
"Eddie, your mom is waiting" I spoke quietly
"I just need to..." He pecked my lips again
I blushed and pecked him back. He giggled
"E-Eddie" I said "what are we doing?"
"Experimenting!" He shouted happily "and we need to do more of it" he ruffled my hair
He allowed me to open the door. I followed him out to the car
"Thank you for letting him come over" I smiled at his mother
"Anytime Aleks. Whenever you need something, call us" she replied
I hugged her from the car window and then they drove off

(3rd years in High school)
When I got home I started on my homework. Eddie and I have been texting and he's being his flirty self. I still have feelings for him and he still gives me a kiss here and there. There was a knock on my door. I went downstairs am opened the door
"Im here to speak to Aleksandr Vitalyvich Marchant" the man said
"That would be me" I responded
"I have news regarding your parents" he sighed "I decided to do it in person. I'm sorry but your parents were in an accident, they passed away"
What? Why them? I let my tears fall. My small cries turned into full sobs
"I am truly sorry for your lose" he apologized
"N-no, thank you for-" I couldn't finish my sentence as more cries escaped me
After a while he left. I put on a hoodie, grabbed my phone and ran to the only other person there for me. I knocked a couple times and he answered
"Aleks! What happ-" I cut him off as I clung to him
He wrapped his arms around me. My tears were still falling
"They're gone Eddie. Forever" I sobbed into his chest
He guided me into his house
"Eddie who was at the-" his mom entered "Aleks?"
I cried and explained what happened. Eddie's mom had to leave and she apologized and comforted me. Eddie and I were now alone
"I don't know what to do Eddie"
He moved me on his lap and rested his head on top of mine
"You're strong Aleks" he reassured me "you'll get through this, we will get through it together. I'm sorry"
I sniffled and nuzzled into his chest. I felt his head leave mine and I looked up at him. A look of sympathy filled his eyes as he looked at me. He leaned down and connected our lips. The kiss was full of love and comfort. Our lips moved together and soon my tears stopped. He pulled away
"What are we doing?" I asked
"Experimenting" he smiled "just like before"
I nodded and pushed my lips on his

(Summer after high school)
"So Aleks" Eddie sat on my bed "find anyone special yet?"
"Well there is... One guy" I replied sheepishly
"A guy?!"
I nodded "yeah"
"Me too!"
I felt my heart shatter. He's in love with someone... I love him
"Who?" He pressed
"I can't say yet"
He nodded and ruffled my hair
"What about you?" I questioned
"I can't tell you yet, but I will describe him" He had a sudden sparkle in his eyes "well, where do I start? He is perfect. His eyes are beautiful and he's funny. Whenever he says my name or talks in general I get butterflies in my stomach. This guy is also smart! He used to have this really sexy accent but it's gone now. He's also the sweetest guy out there. There is so much more"
I chuckled. He's really in love and that guy is lucky to have Eddie falling for him.
"You really love him" I smiled
"Yeah" he nodded enthusiastically "I do"
I love Eddie and want him to be happy. If he loves someone else, that's fine. All I want is for my love to be happy
"That's nice" I replied
"You're so sweet" he kissed my forehead
I blush "I'm gonna sleep Sly"
"Goodnight princess" he giggled
I playfully pushed him "goodnight asshat"
I laid down. Eddie just followed after me. He laid next to me and wrapped his arms around me. I felt myself blush as he cuddled me under the blanket for the first time
"Eddie, what are we doing?" I asked sheepishly
"You should know silly" he giggled "experimenting"

(In the middle of college)

"I'm thinking of dropping out" we say in unison
"Why?" Eddie giggles
"Graphic design isn't my thing" I shrug
"Twinsies!" He shouts
I laugh
"So Aleks..." He says "you're my best friend and you are so smart-"
"Stop beating around the bush" I chuckle "just tell me"
"There's a party tonight" he said awkwardly "do you wanna come with me?"
"Who's party?"
"Seamus'"
"Hell no"
"Why not" he held my arm
"I'm not in the mood for a crazy ass party, who's going to bring you home?"
"Good point. I just wanted my best friend there" he pouted
"No no no" I can't resist his pout "go and I will pick you up after you get drunk off your ass"
He giggled "I still want you to be with me"
"Go have fun" I pushed him towards the door
"Fine" he opened the front door "I love you bestie"
I rolled my eyes "sure, love you too"
He pecked my lips and ran out the door. He just kissed me

My phone started ringing loudly
"Hello?" I answered
"Dude, it's Seamus" Seamus replied
"Eddie is ready?"
"He's not crazy drunk but he's had quite a few drinks"
"I'll be there in 20 minutes"
"Thanks"
We hung up and I went to pick up my intoxicated Eddie. Minutes later I helped Eddie into my car. I could tell that he knew what was going on, he just couldn't really talk clearly
"Hey Allllllleksssss" he slurred and sang at the same time
I laughed "yeah?"
"I really really love you" his hand found it's way to my thigh
He slowly rubbed my thigh getting dangerously close to my.... Other Aleks. I parked the car and Eddie got out. If he says he loves me, does that mean- Eddie loves me! I got out of the car and we entered the house. He pinned me against the door and attacked my lips
"E-Eddie, wh-" he cut me off
"I love you Aleks" he looked straight into my eyes "I can comprehend what's going on"
I nodded "I love you too"
He kissed me again "bedroom, now" he mumbled against my lips
he pushed me on the bed and started stripping me
"Eddie-"I panicked
"Shh" he pecked my lips "just like old times, experimenting"
Yeah... Like old times. I smiled at the thought

(Current day)
"We've been through so much baby" Eddie kissed my head
"I know. It makes me glad that everything happened this way" I wrapped my arms around him "you were my first for everything"
"Good, you are mine"
"I always have been. From my first day in an American school to the day I walked down the aisle"
"You're perfect" he giggled
"And you are-" I chuckled "and you are Eddie"
"I'm just Eddie?"
"My bad"I corrected myself "you are MY Eddie"
"And you are MY Aleks" he kissed my cheek
I straddled his lap "I love you"
"I love you too"
