Hmm... I had never thought of that before. I wasn't even aware favourite overused words were a thing! But it sounds fun, so why not?
I would probably say the word "amazing".
Yeah. It's a fun word. And I like the feeling that's associated with it. To me, amazing is watching a sun set, or that wonderful feeling of being immersed in a good book or movie, that warm sensation when you've had a good day with your friends, or when they're making you laugh so hard your ribs hurt.
I don't even know for sure why it's considered overused. I myself haven't seen or written it that often. But oh well.
