I laid on my back eyes wide open as I kept on thinking. I couldn't fall asleep no mater what I tried. The memory replayed and replayed in my mind. We had to of used protection, we've all been in sex class before we wouldn't be that stupid. But it wasn't really planned either and I both don't think we were prepared or excepted any of this to happen. I realized that I was just siking myself out pretending or imagining that we actually used protection.
"Ok April! You didn't use protection get over it!" I mumbled to myself. "Nothing bad is going to happen ok... Wait what if I'm pregnant!" I said whisper yelling at myself. I shot up from my covers and went straight to my mirror. I lifter up my top and looked at my stomach. Nothing showed. I wanted to see what it would be like if I did get pregnant so I pushed out my gut as far as I could go. I placed one hand resting on top and one hand holding my stomach on the bottom.
I couldn't stare at myself any longer because it was just freaking me the fuck out so i grabbed my phone and headed down stairs. No one was up yet good! I was to worried to eat I started pacing around the kitchen wondering what I should do. But that's when it hit me! I need to tell someone, but who!!!?
*A week Later*
Its been a week since Harry and I have had sex. I've been avoiding him at all cost going out, hiding in my room. I was sitting in the living room when I had finally got the courage to phone my friend so she could help me. I was going to phone Liz.
I dialed her number and waited for the other line to pick up.
"Hello?" Liz's soft voice spoke.
"Hey, Its me April." I answered nervous biting my fingers.
"Oh hey April its been a while." She said glad to hear from me. "Hows One Direction." She asked and I could here in her voice that she was hinting something there winking.
"Yea umm, about that. I really need to talk to you." The line was silent for a second.
"Whats wrong?" She ask concerned.
"Listen I'd rather not say it over the phone in case someone is listening but c-can we maybe go grab a coffee or tea or something?" I asked
"Yea totally meet me at Starbucks in 20 min? The one closets to the park?" She questioned
"Yes. Thank you so much see you in 20 minutes." I answered relieved.
*** Harry's POV ***
I was walking down the stairs when I heard mumbling in the kitchen it was April. "Listen I'd rather not say it over the phone in case someone is listening but c-can we maybe go grab a coffee or tea or something?" She said talking to someone on the phone I carefully listened not making a sound.
Why wouldn't she want to say it over the phone, what was she hiding? I didn't hear anything else other then 20 minutes and bye. I heard her coming so I quickly made it look as if I was walking down the stairs.
"Oh!" She said surprised to see me. "Hi Harry didn't see you there did you just wake up?" She asked nervous. I looked at her suspiciously.
"Yea I just woke up and was coming down stairs to grab something to eat." I lied totally wasn't listening to you on the phone. "Oh ok." She smiled "Well bye." she started making her way up the stairs when I grabbed her arm.
"Woah, slow down there love, what's the rush?" I asked leaning against the wall.
"No rush." She said still smiling. "What are you doing today?" I asked "Oh going s-shopping with friends I'm going to be late." She said hinting that I was still holding her arm. "Mhmm." I said letting go and she ran up stairs.
With in 5 minutes she was right back down all dressed and ready. "Alright don't wait up." She said and ran out the door.
*** April's POV***
I ran out of the house and made my way to Starbucks. When I got there it was pretty empty, thank god! There were a few college students working on papers with there hot coffee and Mac books. I ordered my usual orange pekoe tea one sugar one milk and sat down at a table waiting for Liz to arrive. With in a few moments she was here.
I waved to her so she could see me and she waved back them sticking her index finger up telling me to hold on as she ordered. "Hi I'll have a french vanilla latte double cupped please." Her sweet voice spoke.
I waited for her to sit down and take a sip of her latte. "So whats up?" She asked.
"I needed to tell you something..." I said nervous looking down at my tea then back up at her, she really didn't like that look.
"okayyyy?" She insisted.
I took a deep breathe. "So Harry and I umm..." I tried. "We kinda slept together."
Her eyes opened wide and she leaned forward then had a little smirk on her face. "Oh come on April we all knew you guys would eventually." She said taking another sip.
My jaw opened rude! I joked but shock that topic and got on with what I wanted to say. "Yea so we didn't use protection and I might be pregnant." I said really fast and Liz choked on her coffee.
"WHAT!" She whispered yelled. "Why the hell didn't you use protection! You were in all my sex classes, I know where you keep the condoms in your house, you've seen Mean Girls for fucks sack and then gym teacher clearly said use protection and you still do it with out protection!!! What the hell April!" She hissed
"Ok Ok! In my defence we both didn't know it was going to happen and we weren't home." I defended myself.
"You weren't home." She asked confused.
"We may or may not have done it in the old tree house." I said biting my lip. "AWW Cute." She said
"So now what?" She asked "I need to take a test dumb ass." She smiled "Ok what are we waiting for its been long enough. We got up putting our coats on and left the heated Starbucks. We walked to our local pharmacy and got 3 test. We then ran to a the grocery story bathroom across the street.
"Ok pee on the stick." She said "I'm not 4 Liz!" I hissed from behind the stall. I could hear her chuckling. I let myself pee on all three sticks at once and waited. I slowly walked out.
"I can;t look you look" I said nervous. Liz rolled her eyes and grabbed the clean end of the stick and read...
"April." She said looking up at me I opened my eyes and looked at her uh oh
"Positive."
