"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!" Emily ran in and jumped on my bed. I groaned and sat up to smiled at her
"GOODMORNING BIRTHDAY GIRL!" she said, getting off the bed
"hi." I smiled and got up. I put my hair in a ponytail and walked to the kitchen. I looked down to my phone and saw that no one had called or texted. I called niall but it went to voicemail
"hey...um its my birthday niall...you haven't called or anything...but you're lovely and im lonely and I would give anything to be with you right now even if you don't want to be with me." I said hung up. 
"so what do you want to do chica?!" Emily smiled and poured some coffee
"I just wanna sit at home" I groaned 
"Wendy, you've done that for the last month, we have to do something!"
I stayed quiet, stirring the cereal I had made with my spoon, not exactly knowing what to do.
"Eat something, I'm afraid your going anorexic or something"
I still didn't reply.
"I know this is because of Niall"
I froze "h-how'd you know? How'd you know his name and-"
"You've been talking in your sleep" she admitted 
"And I saw your phone, and I heard you talking and leaving voicemails... And Paul told me you're conversation... I'm sorry"
"You know Paul?"
"Don't change the subject"
I sighed "I just... Don't wanna do anything.."
"C'mon! You're 18 today EIGHTEEEEEEN! Today you're a princess"
I froze, my body stiffened at the word, my throat closing up, tears brimming my eyes.
"D-did I say something?"
"I-it's nothing"
"Wendy you can tell me anything"
"I-I know it's just... Hard"
she pulled me into a hug and walked to the couch. 
"wanna talk about?" she said
I nodded. I knew it would be harder saying it but I had to tell someone.

"...and he sent me off here." I choked out. Emily looked at me with sorrow
"im sorry hon..." she hugged me again "I don't know what to say though...I mean it sounds like book or a movie or something...not real life ya know?" she said
"yea..." I mumbled
"well...im sorry." she said again
"don't apologize." I said and wiped my tears
"IM here, right? It's my 18 birthday, life couldn't be better..."

Just wanted to let you know that we're bringing the boys in to the story, for now it will only be Liam, because we only have room for one boy at the moment, but any new spots will go to them because people have been asking for them, so yeah :) sorry it's short, school is taking over a lot of time so i'm only updating on the weekends, chapter 32 will hopefully be up by Sunday :D -Scarlett
