weaving metaphor and simile,
but i'd only scratch the surface,
of the molten iceberg that is You.
it's funny, really.
You: the Alpha Proxima
and yet i struggle to describe
the star that is
closest to me
strangers, rivals, friends,
philosophers and soulmates,
- we've done it all.
but there's a multiverse,
of future possibilities,
awaiting both our winding footsteps,
wherever they may go.
