Part Thirteen: Healing Hearts and Preperations.
" How has the lovely Eri been?"
I sighed as He shut the door and came in. He took the hint and asked a new question,
" How has your search for Takuma been?"
That's exactly what I didn't want him to ask.
I looked the other way and crossed my arms.
"I don't want to talk about it.."
I walked into the kitchen and sat on a barstool.
" Come on, He's my friend too"
I laid my head down on my arms at the counter.
"You havent found him yet.. Have you?"
I shook my head frowning.
" I have...Aido."
His eyes widened. I ran both hands through my hair, and rested my elbows on the counter.
"He loves my sister now."
It's so unfair..
"What!?"
I got up from the stool and Tears came down my cheeks.
" Maybe you shouldn't of come-"
I felt him put his arms around me.
"That bastard is crazy for choosing your sister over you"
I hugged back as he pulled me closer.
DING DONNG
Saved by the doorbell.
Truthfully, I didn't want to kiss Aido. If I did all I would think of was Takuma and that isn't right.
Just because Takuma has given up on me: doesn't mean I'll give up on him.
Aido frowned and let me go as I went to get the door.
The doorbell rang once more.
Who could that be?
I got up and wiped my tears and went for the door. I opened it to see Zero standing there, annoyed.
"Zero?"
I let him in.
" Your father wanted me to visit."
He looked down at me,
"Have you been crying?"
I sighed.
"It doesn't matter. Come in"
He sniffed the air.
" Stay away from Sara"
He must've picked up her scent.
" So you noticed.."
He nodded.
"I need your help with something."
He crossed his arms.
"What is it?"
I elbowed him,
"Why do you allways act like I'm such a nuisance!?"
"Because you are"
I furrowed my eyebrows.
"How?"
" You're scent's intoxicating"
I rolled my eyes.
"Really? You're Racist!"
Zero chuckled, one of the many things I havent seen him do.
"How is that racist?"
I smirked.
"It's because I'm a pureblood"
He rolled his eyes and shoved somthing in my arms.
"What is it?"
Zero sweat dropped,
" He also made you a pie"
I began walking into the kitchen.
"what kind is it?"
"Blueberry"
That was my favorite kind.
"Want some?"
I asked Aido, who was sitting on the barstool.
" Sure"
"What's He doing here?"
Zero Glared at Aido.
"What do you think?"
Aido snapped back.
"Here"
I broke the tension, setting down a piece of pie for Aido.
"What about you?"
I asked Zero.
"I hate Blueberries."
I stared at him blankly.
"Really?"
He's so negitave.
"You ask that alot"
he said while taking a seat on my Right. Aido was to my left.
"What did you need my help with?"
Zero asked, Bringing it up again.
" I'll tell you later"
I couldn't let Aido find out. His father works with the Vampire Council I think.
I heard a cellphone ring. I looked to my left to where it was comming from: Aido's pocket.
"Are you gonna answer it?"
He shook his head no and the ringer finally stopped. A second later it began to ring again and he decided to answer it.
"Hello?"
" Where are you?!!"
" I'm at, uh..Heh heh"
He scratched the back of his neck.
" Eri's house"
It was Yuuki who was talking to him. Zero frowned at the sound of her voice and that was the most I could make out of what Yuuki said to Aido.
"I gotta go"
Aido Frowned, getting up. I sighed for the millionth time,
"Okay.."
He gave me a hug,
"I'll come back Tomarrow if I can.."
"If you need a shoulder to cry on, gimme a call."
He winked. I shook my head,
"pshh just go"
Zero glared at him as well (signalling that he wanted him to leave),
"ookaay"
Once Aido left Zero and I sat in silence.
"I don't see how you can put up with him.."
I laughed a bit.
"me either"
"What I was saying earlier, is.."
"I need your help.. killing my sister"
"You know I can't do that"
"I never said YOU will be kill her"
"I need Guns..Anti-Vampire Ones"
He looked me in the eyes, "Why do you want to kill her?"
I broke eye contact, I really didn't want to talk about that again.. I just got happy again.
" She's kiddnapping girls and using them to feed on."
He gave me a look telling me that he didn't beleive that was the only thing she did. I clentched me fist,
" She..Killed our parents..."
Zero frowned, and looked down at me.
" Follow me"
He stood up, taking my wrist.
He stopped at the door to get his jacket off the coat hanger, and I took mine as well.
As I began to put mine on he had already went out the door.
"Wait!"
I grabbed my keys and shoved them in my pocket then locked the door, following him into his car... or:
"Of course you have a Motorcycle"
I pouted while looking at my used truck. I allways wanted a motorcycle, too..
We arrived at an appartment room and he let me come in.
"here"
He threw me two pistols.
"Those better be on safety"
I yelled. If they weren't my head would've been blown off.
"don't worry, They're not."
"WHAT!?"
