I wake up, I look around and see nothing. It's all dark. I walk a little bit, I see a small tunnel, with light coming from it. That must be the way put, I start to walk towards it, I can hear whimpering. I hear people saying stuff.
" were losing her " Random guy
" Dru please come back " Mitch
" I'm sorry " the random guy again
I start to walk away from the tunnel and towards the voices. I start to feel dizzy, as I get closer and closer to the voices, my vision blurs and it's getting harder to breathe. Soon I just fall.
I open eyes only to be met by a blinding light, I quickly close them. I re open my eyes. I look around and see depressing grey walls, ugh my favorite place in the world. The hospital. I look to my side and see Mitch holding my hand in his and crying. I use my other hand and slowly grab his face and caress his cheek.
" shh, it's alright Mitch, everything's gonna be alright remember " I say, he looks up at me.
" Dru your alright, I thought we lost you " he says as he gives me a hug, I can feel tears falling onto my back. I hug him back, I honestly really missed his warm hugs, even though hes 19 his hugs only seem to have gotten better.
" it's alright I'm right here Mitch, and that's never going to change. " I say, he pulls away from the hug. I give him a small reassuring smile. A doctor comes in.
" okay ms micheals it seems that the knife had barely missed your lung, so we had to do surgery and we weren't sure wether or not you were going to make it, seeing as you had immediatly slipped into a coma, you also flat lined this morning " he says, I was in a coma.
" for how long was I out " I ask looking over at Mitch.
