He would always go outside at a specific time and come back an hour later.
He never told you where he was going or why.

You shook your head, trying to get rid of that idea.

You stood up from the couch and looked at the time.
In a few minutes, Yuri would go outside again.
You went upstairs to get a book and quickly went back down.
Yuri was already at the door, putting his shoes and his jacket on.
"Where are you going?"
He looked up at you, not speaking for a while.
"Out."
"Where?"
Yuri sighed, "Are we going to talk about this again?"
Shaking your head, you quietly went to the couch to sit down and read your book.
Yuri sighed once again before leaving.
Even if you wanted to focus on your book, you couldn't.
The thoughts of Yuri cheating on you with another girl were haunting you.
You closed your book and put it aside.
Maybe a walk would help and make those horrible thoughts go away.
Yuri would arrive soon too, so you quickly put on your shoes.
As you opened the door, you were greeted with Yuri, holding a box.
"Why are you carrying that box?"
He stepped inside and you closed the door.
"Look," Yuri began. "The reason why I have been going out everyday was to help someone."
"Who?"
He walked closer to you in a way to tell you to look inside the box.
Inside were three little kittens, each one colored differently.
"I found them a while ago on the streets. I didn't tell you because I thought you wouldn't want to keep them."
Everything was silent as you tried to process everything.
"So...you weren't cheating on me?"
"What? Why would I?!"
You shrugged while looking down.
Yuri put the box away, the kittens were still sleeping.
He walked back to you, pulling you into a hug.
"Idiot, I love you."
"I love you too, oh, and the kittens too."
