"Hey wake up"I heard I opened my eyes and there was Mark with a concerned look on his face.
"What's wrong"I asked
"Luke's been calling you"
"Oh well did you answer"
"No but I think you should talk to him"Mark said and I sighed and he handed me my phone.
Right as I was about to call him a call was coming in from Luke,I panicked a little bit but I answered
"Hello Brook?"Luke said and I panicked again and gave the phone to Mark who gave me the Wtf face
"Uh hi yes this Mark,Brooklyn is here but can't talk to you"Mark said
"Oh well is she listening"Luke asked
"Yes,but she's busy"Mark said
"Ok Brooklyn listen I don't know why you've been ignoring me but I need to talk to you"Luke said sternly and i rolled my eyes and Mark smiled at me
"I've been ignoring you,for the last two years?I've been trying to get in touch with you but you never answer the damn phone and you ignored me"I said getting angry
"That's not the damn point"He said
"Well then what do you want I am busy unlike you I have an actual job and I have responsibilities"
"I'm gonna be in London for a few weeks and I want to see my kids"
"Wow you remember that you have kids after two years"
"Whatever can you just give me your address so I can see them"
"No we will meet at a park near my house"I said
"Fine,and who's Mark"Luke asked
"That's none of your business,I'll see you tomorrow bye"I said and hung up
"So about Korea"Mark asked
"I'll go with you just to get away from Luke"I said laughing
"Nice now you could meet my whole family"He said smiling and in the distance I could hear Maison and Stella crying so we both got up and went to their room.
"Hey buddy"I said as I picked Maison up and he had a goofy little smile on his face.Mark grabbed Stella who also had a smile on her face.
"we are gonna see daddy tomorrow"I said
"Daddy"Stella yelled and hugged Mark who had a big smile on his face and my heart stopped,I started tearing up and he was laughing at me
"She called me dad"He said smiling
"I know,that's so cute my heart hurts,wow"I said holding my hand over my chest and he chuckled
"Your so dramatic,but not gonna lie I almost cried"He said
"Mommy,juice"Maison said and we went down stairs and I started making breakfast
"Luke is calling again"Mark said and I told him to answer it and put it on speaker
"Brook seems like I'll be in London earlier than I thought,how about dinner tonight at this nice Italian restaurant that I heard just opened up"Luke said
"Ok"I said
"Great see you at 8"He said and Mark hung up
"You not gonna break up with me for him"Mark asked
"No are you stupid"I asked laughing
"Daddy stupid"Stella said and my eyes widened and we started laughing
"Rosella Ashlynn Hemmings you can not say those things" I said and she started giggling
"Daddy stupid"Maison said laughing
"Don't say that"I said but I couldn't help but laugh they are so cute

"Ok cuties lets get you all dressed so we can go out"I said
"Mark you've been in the shower for like three years hurry up"I yelled and he came out with just a towel wrapped around his waist
"What did I do to be so blessed with you"I said and he started laughing and got dressed
I put Maison down on the floor and he went to his little play area while I started getting Stella ready.
I put Stella on a pastel pink shirt and some white dungarees with her pink Adidas superstars,I put her hair up in a bun and added a cute black headband on her.I put Stella down and she walked over to where Maison was,I got Maison and started getting him dressed.
For Maison I put him on a pink button up shirt with some blue jean pants and his Adidas superstars.
Then I got dressed I wore a a black shirt with some blue jeans that are ripped at the knees and some nude/Brown heels,I wore a
nude/brown trench coat.For make up I just did mascara,eyeliner and neutral eye makeup,on the lips I wore Dolce K By Kylie Jenner.
Mark wore a plain black loose shirts it's black skinny jeans,black on white vans and a brown jacket.
Luke texted me the address of the restaurant and we were on our way.
Once we got there it was kinda full,it was a new restaurant so what did I expect.
"You guys go on in and I'll find a spot to park and meet you inside"Mark said
I grabbed Stella's hand and she held Maison hand and we walked in.Then a got a call from Luke.
"Hey are you here yet"Luke asked
"Yes I'm at the front"I said
"Okay just say that you are joining the Hemmings party and they will lead you to the section I reserved"he said and I nodded not that he could see me but yeah.
"Ok see you bye"I said
"How may I help you"the Lady at the door asked
"I'm here for the Hemmings party"I said and and she checked a journal
"Where's daddy"Stella asked
"He's in there"I said pointing into the restaurant.
"Ah yes right his way"the lady said and led me to the back of the restaurant,and I saw Luke,Liz,Andy,and a random girl sitting at a table.
"Okay you guys we are at a restaurant so use your manners and behave"I said to Maise and Stella
"Okay"they both said and we walked over to the table
"Brooklyn you made it"Luke stood up and hugged me,I could feel Maison and stell holding on to my legs
"Where are Maison and Rosella"he asked and I looked down and they were hiding behind my legs,Luke squatted down to face them.
"Hey there"Luke said and Stella started crying so them Maison started crying.i kneeled down and comforted them.
"Are you scared,it's okay come over here"I Said grabbing there hands
"Brooklyn I haven't seen you in forever"Liz Said and hugged me and Andy hugged me.
The girl sitting next to Luke stood up and shook my hand.
"Hi I'm Luke's Girlfriend Arzaylea"She said and I smiled at her
"I'm Brooklyn" I said and put Maison and Stella in high chairs,then my phone started ringing it was Mark and I explained to him what to do.
Stella and Maison wouldn't move at all they just stared straight
"Sorry I took so long I couldn't find a place to park"Mark said and as soon as the twins heard his voice they yelled "daddy" and Luke,Liz and And Just stared at me and I looked down.
"Sorry for not introducing my self I'm Mark"he said shaking everyone's hand.They were all quiet.
"Rosella and Maison just called him daddy"Luke said looking at me and I shrugged the waiter came we ordered and waited.
"So why did you invite me to dinner"I asked him raising an eyebrow
"Arzaylea and I thought it would be a good idea if we could have Maison and Stella for a few months"Luke said and I started choking on my drink.
"No"I said
"You can't say no they are my kids too"Luke said
"Your kids you haven't don't one damn thing for these kids Luke you broke up with me so many times when I was pregnant,and you left when they were born because tour was more important than your family"I said trying not to raise my voice
"I left you ten thousand dollars when I left"Luke said
"And guess what Luke those ten thousands dollars or sitting on your dresser at home because I didn't take the money,I didn't want money I wanted a family"I said with a shaky voice
"They have my last name"he said
"Actually they don't,I changed it so its Maison and Rosella Irwin"I said and he rolled his eyes at me
"You didn't they are my kids why are you doing this"he said
"They may be your kids too but you left,you left and you started a whole other life like if I never existed ,you ignored my calls and messages and you never even called to check up on the twins,for Christ sake you didn't even show up to their first birthday party or even bothered to say happy birthday to them"I said getting angry,I stood up Mark grabbed Maison and i grabbed Stella and we left.

"Ok I'm getting ready to leave please watch them carefully and don't mess around"I told Mark as i made my way out of the front door.
I am going to work,for school I am in a doctors program so I get to do the real thing so I could just get the hang of it for when it actually happens,so basically an intern.
"Good morning Dr.Irwin"Dr.Avery said and I smiled.
"Dr.Irwin you are on my service today"Dr.Yang told me and I followed her
Throughout the whole day I just observed and presented patients.

"Mark I'm home"I yelled as I put my keys down and walked into the kitchen
"I just booked our tickets to Korea"He said
"Nice when do we leave?"I asked
"Tomorrow"he said and I smiled
"We should pack shouldn't we"I asked and he nodded
"Where are the kids"I asked
"They are watching Monsters Inc on the couch"he said and I went into the living room.Maison was asleep and Stella was watching the movie.
I put Maison in his crib that we have in the living room and I put Stella in with him.
"I'm gonna start packing our clothes you stay down here"I said and Mark nodded
After about an hour I finished packing everyone's clothes.we watched a movie and went to sleep.

"Good morning mommy"I heard the twins say and I opened my eyes
"Hello"I said smiling
"What are you doing mommy"Maise asked
"I was sleeping ,where is Mark"I asked and they pointed to the bathroom.
"Come on"I said and I took the twins to the restroom,Mark was washing his face.
"Let's brush our teeth"I said and got out Maison and Stella's tooth brushes(I don't know if your supposed to brush 2 year olds teeth lmao😂)
We finished everything we packed and we headed to the airport.
While we were waiting for our flight to be called I got a call from Luke.
"Hello"I said answering the phone
"Hey it's Luke"he said
"Really I didn't know"
"Shut up,where are you"He asked
"At home "I said looking at my nails
"Stop lying i am at your house right now "he said
"How do you even know where I live"
"I have my ways,now where are you"he said and I could tell he was getting angry
"I'm at the mall"I said
"Well your neighbors said that they saw you and my kids with your boyfriend leaving with a bunch of bags"he said
"Whoops you caught me,me and mark are drug dealers and are on our way to Colombia to sell millions of dollars of illegal substances because police are on to us."I said
"I'm at the airport you idiot"I said
"Where are you going"
"I'm going to LA"I said honestly if I tell Luke were I really am or where I am really going there is no doubt in my mind that he will come after me.
"Are you lying"
"Yes I'm actually going to Brazil"I said and I heard my flight being called
"Well bye now"I said
"I want to see my kids"he said,I hung up and I rolled my eyes,yeah 'his kids' he left us,he may be their biological father but he will never be a father to them.
