Annabeth smoothed down her hair. The sea breeze hit her face, refreshing her.
She swiveled her head around.
Where's Percy?
He had left a note early this morning.
Meet me at the beach after breakfast.
She sighed and sat down in the sand.
She looked looked at the sea, at the churning waves and the green algae growing at the surface.
Suddenly, the waves slow down, arching back up to form a seashell-shaped spiral.
Annabeth jumped to her feet and rushed forward.
Water droplets drop onto her as she walks forward.
The water begins to rise, raising up a boy with black hair.
"Percy?"
He looks up and grins. "Hey Wise Girl."
He glides forward on the surface of the water, until he stops in front of Annabeth.
Percy waves his hands through the air and a giant crown forms above their heads.
He bends down onto his knee and pulls out a pearl..... Attached to a ring.
"Annabeth Chase, will you marry me?"
She rushes forward into Percy's arms.
"You ask such dumb questions, Seaweed Brain."
Percy grins. "Is that a yes?"
Annabeth rolls her eyes and leans in to kiss him.
"Yes."
