I am a rope
I uncoil my rope to save a life
But that life doesn't want to be saved
That life keeps clinging onto my rope
Hoping to find something to care about it
My rope is thinning
Thinning and thinning until it's nothing but a thread
Other lives want me to save this life
But I can't hang on anymore
I have to let go
If I do, I am free
But not free from my mind
