4 years later.
I sat on my bed, thinking. Tomorrow I will be twelve. Then it will be time for me to leave the Akatsuki. Though the thought about leaving them sadden me, they've practically become my family, I'm also excited to get to Konoha and becoming a shinobi.
My thoughts drifted to my time here in the Akatsuki. I remember me and Pein's deal. I would have a new sensei every week, and then it would go in circles again and again.
My first sensei was Itachi. He taught me a lot. I first copied the sharingan, and that was also what he trained me most in. But he also taught me the fireball Justu and other stuff.
My next sensei was Kisame, he taught me to use a sword right. And I must say, I got pretty skilled. I am actually proud of myself. My eyes can't copy Taijutsu and combat fighting so everything I can do is something I've trained to learn.
Third week was Hidan's week. Lets say that week was.. interesting. Mostly he tried to make me worship Jashin-sama, but he soon found out that I wasn't interested, so he just thought me some Taijutsu.
Then it was Kakuzu. He taught me to sew, and count money. Mostly the latter. Cue sweatdrop.
Then it was Sasori. He taught me to use chakrastrings. I became quite good at it. He also lectured me about poison and armoring things with weapons.
Deidara taught me about his 'art'. He was thrilled when he saw me copy his hand mouths. I guess he wanted to share his art with someone else. But the good part is that I can 'close' my hand mouths, so I wont have to go around with them all the time.
Pein taught me to use his rinnegan right. Though it took a little longer than expected.
I also mastered Konan's Kekkei Genkai. I did it as fast as I could so I would have some girl time with her too. Though she did not tell me, I think there's something going on between her and Pein. Or I've just read too many fan fictions. Oh well, I made it my mission to get them together.
Zetsu taught me how to do that morph with earth thing he can. Which is really cool, but feels freaky when I use it. Mental shudder.
Last was Tobi. It took some time to get Tobi to actually teach me something. First he was all about playing, being hyperactive and messing with Deidara. But in the end I got him to teach me the space-time travel justsu.
Meanwhile I got closer to all the members. Pein took over the role as my father, though he was busy, the time he spendt with me he actually showed emotion. Konan became my sister. We did all the sister stuff. We stayed up all night, doing hair and make up, talking about boys and eating sweets. Itachi, Deidara, Kisame and Sasori was my older Brothers, they spendt time with me, made me feel safe and all the other brother stuff. It was nice, I always wanted an older brother, and now I got four. I didn't get that close to Kakuzu and Zetsu but there weren't any bad moments. They were just my family a little farther out. Hidan was more like that annoying uncle you can prank all the time (and sometimes the other way around) without getting into trouble. Though I still love him, and I know he loves me. Tobi is my best friend/twin brother. Though he is older, he acts like he's younger than me.
In these five years with them, I have bonded so much. Though we had our ups and downs (Mostly because of my pranks and their, I'm gonna kill you, moments) we were family. But they knew that I had to leave eventually.
At last I decided that it was time to sleep. Tomorrow is gonna be a big day. A sad day, but a big day.

Next day the others woke me up with big smiles (Well for the un-emotionless of them, the emotionless ones just wore tiny smiles or smirks). Though there were a hint of sadness in them, they said that today they would enjoy their last day with me, before I was gone. The thought made me both happy and sad. Happy because they knew that it would pain me too much to see them depressed and hid it. Sad by the thought of them being sad when I left.
Pushing all the sad thoughts away, I enjoyed my party. It was both a birthday party and a goodbye party. It wasn't much, but I liked it simple. We just ate some cake, played some games and had fun. Then it was time to give presents.
"Uh uh, TOBI FIRST" Tobi screamed and ran over to me. He dumped a purple present in my lap. You could see him bouncing with excitement. I giggled and started to unwrap the gift. I gasped when I saw it, it was a leather, choker necklace. It had a beautiful blue crystal, that matched my eyes. Tobi took it from my hands and put it on me. I gave him a hug in thanks. In the hug he whispered "Be careful Akemi-chan. Tobi loves you" I whispered a raspy "I love you too Tobi-kun" back
Zetsu gave me a flower. One if his self made. I think it was a rose and a lily and another one mutated. It was very pretty and had a beautiful purple color. I also gave him a hug. He hugged back, though he looked quite uncomfortable. Pfft five years and he still havn't got used to my hugs. "Take care Akemi-san" I smiled sadly at him. "Will do Zetsu-kun, I love you"
Pein let me keep my Akatsuki ring. It made me happy, because I couldn't keep my claok as it would be too obvious that I had been a part of the Akatsuki, so it was nice at least having my ring. I tackled him in a hug. "I'll miss you Oto-san" He let out a light chuckle. "I love you Akemi, you'll always be my Musume"
Konan gave me a paper flower clips, that had a light purple color. It was very pretty. She put it in my hair, so it held a tiny ponytail, (kinda like Deidara but not completely). She squeezed me lightly. "I'll miss having another girl around" she said sadly. "Don't be sad Konan-Nee, I love you" She smiled. "I love you too Imouto"
Then Kisame's turn came. He gave me a mini version of his Samehada. Then he gave me a shark-hug, as I call them. "I'll miss you kid (he always call me kid) don't forget us now. I love you" I smiled at him. "Don't worry Fishy-Nii I could never forget you, and I love you too" Then he stepped back.
Kakuzu came and gave me his gift. It was a little pouch with money in it. How lame it must sound, it touched my heart that Kakuzu actually gave his money away. He didn't hug me, he just ruffled my hair, much to my displeasure, and gave me a "Don't get yourself killed"
Deidara came up. His gift was a pouch, much like his, just smaller, with a purple kanji sewn on. It was the kanji for 'art'. The pouch was full of clay. I gave him a big hug. "I love you Dei-Nii, don't blow up the hideout yeah". "I love you too Akemi-chan, and I can't promise un" he winked at me, I think. Its hard to tell when one of his eyes are covered. He could just be blinking for all I know.
Hidan came up to me. "I can't believe I'm saying this but, I'm gonna fucking miss ya bitch." I gave him a closed eyed smile. "I'm gonna miss you too Hidan-kun" I got his gift, which was a mini scythe much like his. It had a chain attached to it and three blades, though mine were purple instead of red. I gave him a hug in thanks.
Itachi came up to me, with a small smile on his lips. Aw my weasel is showing emotions. His gift was a long necklace with the Uchiha Clan crest. I gave him a questioning look. I wasn't a Uchiha, why would he give me the Clan crest? "You may not be a Uchiha by blood, but you are my sister and will always be. Besides you possess the sharingan, and uses it better than most Uchihas would could in your age, you deserve it. I love you" I'm not gonna lie here. Tears welt up in my eyes. I gave him a big hug. "I love you too Itachi-Nii. And I will wear the Clan crest with pride" He smiled to me.
Last but not least, Sasori. Sasori still claims he has no emotions, though I had both gotten smiles, a laugh and other things out of him. Emotionless Hidan's ass. His gift was a small, but well armored puppet. The puppet itself was beautiful. I had always liked Sasori's art, which might be the cause of him liking me. I gave him a hug, knowing he would never be the one giving it, though he did hug back. "I love you Sasori-Nii, and I know you love me to, somewhere in your puppet heart" He gave a halfhearted sigh. "If you say so, just stay alive okay brat. We have trained you better than for you to die" Which translated to human means, I love you too, and I can't stand the thought of you dying, in puppet."Of coarse Sasori-Nii"
He stepped back and I looked them all over. Most of them stood with small smiles and sad eyes. Some of them had their emotionless facade up. Konan had a few tears leaking out and Tobi was full on crying out of his one hole in his mask.
I sealed all my presents that I wasn't wearing into a scroll, which I put in my bag.
"I guess this is goodbye then. I'll miss you guys, you'll always be my family. I promise that I'll visit, maybe not in fast form, but I'll visit. I love you, remember that." I was unable to finish my speech cause tears started leaking out. Damn this is harder than I thought.
Pein stepped forword. "Take this bracelet with you. It has a charm for us each and makes it easyer for us to contact you and know that you are alright." I nodded in thanks and took it. The bracelet itself was purple with silver rings that had an attached charm each.
There was a little butterfly for Deidara (My favorite kind of his explosions), a scorpion for Sasori (if you dont know it, the kanji on his chest means 'scorpion'), a flower for Konan, a swirl for Tobi, a shark for Kisame, etc. I smiled softly at it. "I better go now, Goodbye."
With that I left, Konoha better be ready cause I'm comming and I'm not going to hold back.
