As the weeks went by,
I became thinner.
I became prettier.
But every time I would go to the gym,
I'd end up with food in my pocket.
And every time,
I'd throw it away.
So foolish of my past self
To throw away such kindness.
Every time the boy spoke to me,
He tried to help.
I pushed him away
Just like everyone else in my life.
