Ex-lover, now bestfriend
Hindi ako agree sa sayings na "hindi pwedeng maging magkaibigan ang dating magka relasyon" dahil lang sa unusual ito.
My ex boyfriend and I are now bestfriends. Tumagal kami ng three years in a relationship pero narealize namin na we're not for each other so we decided to take a separate path. But instead of hating each other, we chose to become friends without strings-attached, benefits neither. Para ng brother and sister ang turingan naming dalawa. Aside from us being friends, his new girlfriend and my new boyfriend are now friends as well. Almost two years narin kaming magkakaibigang apat. Kami kami din magkakasama sa mga hang out, out of town, out of the country and clubbings every weekend. 💁🏼
If you can't be together for a lifetime as a couple, why not be friends and be together for a lifetime? Hindi naman porket naging ex mo ang tao ay dapat i-condemn mo na siya throughout your life diba? Spread the love and not the hate.
It's just amusing na we can still mention each other in some interesting stuff on facebook like what we're doing before. We can still go out for shopping, coffee, foodtrip sometimes and of course as friends at alam yun ng mga bagong mahal namin.
Next year, my bestfriend (ex-boyfriend) and his girlfriend are getting married at bestman si boyfie ko at maid of honor naman ako in their wedding. And for us, we're still planning about it and of course, bestman din si bestfriend at maid of honor din ang wife niya. Years from now, can't wait to see our children playing together. It'd definitely be fun. 😬
