I can't sleep at night, I feel really scared,
When I tell my mom, she'd just brush it off, like she never cared.
I feel like someone is watching, every move I make,
That is the feeling, which causes me to wake.
I don't know when I'll be able to fall asleep,
Without having nightmares, dark and deep.
This gets to the point, where I feel boiling hot,
But I feel too scared, to move from my spot.
If I move, the invisible monsters will take me away,
My eyes were closed, and I was in a place dark and gray.
I feel scared, because no one's by my side,
And from everyone, I would try to hide.
I want to feel normal, I want to break free,
I want to run away, from whatever is hurting me.
I want someone there, to make me feel strong,
So where is this someone? I've been waiting for so long.
That's why I'll stop waiting, and just stand alone,
I'll try and live my life, on my own.
