I've been hiding Similes in my straight jacket
I still haven't quite figured out how I got it open or how I got the words
But I've been hiding them under my Jacket straps
I found pockets I didn't know existed when I started to hide them
I didn't know there was so much space in my jacket
But I have enough room to hide what I need to stay hidden
I found out that filling up the pockets just led to finding more pockets
And these pockets are really starting to get annoying but I have nothing else to put in them,
All of my secrets are hidden and all the empty space is really having an effect on my equilibrium
Maybe it the jacket holding me back
I can not put my arms out to hold myself up and it causing me a lot of nosebleeds
All of my metaphors are spilling out of my straightjacket and it getting to empty in here
I didn't mean to let them out But It was an accident and I seem to be making a lot of mistakes these days
It seems as though they are in everyone's way but in reality I'm the only one tripping over them
They are bright and are hurting everyone's eyes but im the only one who is blinded
It also seems like i'm losing my grip on the difference between a simile and a metaphor
My knees are skinned with all of the tripping I have done and my arms are stuck but I can not put them out to balance myself
It seems as though I am repeating myself to try and fill the empty space but you two wrongs can not make a right and two of the same can not fill a space
I wish I had payed better attention in Algebra One because maybe i can square these thought and fill the space
They may be repetitive but they keep my pockets from being empty

So I wrote this on Friday as part of a write in I did with my Camp NaNoWriMo group. We stayed there for a few hours which is why it is kinda deep. Should I start doing more like this? Love you guys
