"Mommy where are we going?"the little girl asked her mother who was messily packing their suitcase to leave the house without her husband noticing "Somewhere, where no one can find us. Now go get your dolls" She said to the confused child but she did as she was told and ran to her room. As the little girl ran to her room, she heard a knock at the door from down stairs.
Like any other curious child she went down stairs to see who it is."Sweety no! Go upstairs and go play with your dolls. Okay?" "But-" The knocks got louder and her mother looked at the door terrified " Melissa! Open the damn door!!" A voice boomed from behind the door "Daddy? Mommy, why aren't you opening the door for daddy??" The girl asked her mother with a curious look in her eyes "Nothing. I'm just playing hide and seek with daddy." She lied "Why are you playing hide and seek with daddy? Is he going to take me away from you?" The noises started getting faint from his screams "Open the door dammit. I'm going to have her one way or another!!!!" He screamed. The door knob seemed to be getting loose. "Honey if you don't hide than he will catch you. No go!!" She shouted with tears falling down her face."Okay mommy. I'll go hide" Before she went, she pulled her mother into a hug and ran upstairs to hide in the closet.
