i breathed heavily as the dance instructor told us that was enough for the day. he gave us feedback and where to improve on.
"you guys are dismissed," he informed. "except jimin. can i talk to you for a moment?"
the boys left the room and i was left standing there, still trying to get my breath back.
"jimin," the instructor called. "i've been noticing your movements getting sloppier. also, your stamina has been deproving. i also noticed that you have been gaining a little weight lately and that might be the reason why you're having a hard time keeping up lately."
i nodded solemnly and left the room after a few more comments about how to improve.
i checked my phone and saw that namjoon had left me a text saying that they had headed home without me because hoseok was having a stomachache and that i would need to get back to the dorm by myself.
i grabbed my bag and went to the bathroom.
i stared at my reflection in the mirror. one sentence that the instructor had said was stuck in my mind.
"maybe you could lose some weight."
