Everything is lost.
The pain.
The pain was so strong I felt numb.
My love.
My love was gone.
It was haunting.
His voice imprinted into my soul.
Imprinted on my heart.
Something so pure.
Our love was tainted.
And it some ways it was our fault.
But we were helpless.
Helpless souls that did no harm but were lead to believe we had.
All the words said to us.
About us.
When it wasn't our fault.
Not in any way.
Whatsoever.
But, however unfair it is, we cast a light.
A light that will guide many to finding themselves and a light that will enable them to love others for them.
For, our love was esoteric.
And as much as I loved it, I needed to be free.
And so did he.
All we wanted was to be accepted.
But we couldn't be.
So we hid.
I did it for him.
And he did it for me.
And how ever much this pain hurts right now.
It will all be worth it.
