you sit so tall and mighty,
criticizing what i wear,
the size of my waist,
and the loudness of my voice.
i smile, so i must be happy.
nothing you say can touch me, right?
but what you don't know is i'm empty.
my eyes crinkle when i laugh,
i was told this means the joy must be real

You are beautiful, and everyone else in the world is too. Do your best to leave a positive mark on the world everyday. It is not your job to judge. You don't know what the person is thinking, even if they appear to be the happiest person you know.
In fact, try to change up the pace. The person that makes you happy, try to make them laugh, share your cookie with them, invite them to a movie. You never know what one simple act can do for them.
