The lights flashing across my vision.
The screech of the tires as we spun across the tarmac.
The crash as we hit the tree.
The impact as one... two... three cars hit us.
The silence. Complete silence. Like the quiet that follows a storm, as if nature was in awe.
The sirens, starting in the distance and growing closer.
The pain making an appearance in my leg.
The burning in my ribs.
Then darkness... Nothing but black.
