t w e n t y o n e

his pale fingers dash across the keys,
over here, being blank is as common as a disease,
people can eliminate you with total ease,
there are many so-called myths, things like leopards and bees,
how people think over here is greek to me,
no music, no books, no feelings, what is left to see?!
there was one time i scratched my knee,
only one time i sat under a tree,
when i watched them play war games,
unmindful to pain that they can't foresee,
their minds are holded by chains,
they don't shed a tear for their brothers' remains,
love doesn't run in their veins,
an oblivious, heartless chief elder reigns,
they think they're in a battle of brains,
they are the ones that are causing our numb pains,
there's somewhere i gotta go to free us all from our hearts of stone; elysium,
to free us all from what we live in; oblivion.
