There will only be 9 positions used in the fan club.
Officers should be responsible and reliable. This is on a first come, first serve basis. If you come first, you will be offered the position of Vice President 1. Decline or accept, it's okay. If you accept, the next person who enters will be offered Vice President 2.
If all the positions are taken, you will be referred to as an honorary member. Remember, all of you can send me one-shots and news flashes and more through private messaging.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICERS:
President: Has the job of posting the one-shots and the news flashes, and the like in the official club book. Can do all
the work.
VPs 1, 2, 3 and 4: They will be able to do the job of the president if the president is not around. If the president IS around, they will be in charge of collecting suggestions, and will
help the president in doing her job.
Secretaries 1, 2, & 3: They will be in charge of taking note of all the members of the team. They will make sure everyone is doing a great job, and make sure no one feels left out. They will also be in charge of making sure everything is organized and cool.
PROs 1 and 2: They will be in charge of talking and conversing with the public. If there are any misunderstandings, they will deal with these misunderstandings. They will make sure that everybody is following all the rules. May do backup jobs.
