Two Days
"So, basketball season is over and that means dancing is over ." Kristina informed the team
"This is always the saddest moment of the year for me, especially now since my son is in Georgia."I added
"You guys are talking like we're never going to see eachother again." Laughed Ryan
"I mean we will but we won't get together everyday like we do now, plus all of us are in a relationship so we're going to be with our bae's almost all the time." Replied Kristina
"Yea." I agreed
"Is there a Jay'lene wright in here.?" Asked some man walking up to us
"That depends are you a stripper or a delivery guy.?" Questioned jasmine
"I'm..just..a delivery guy." Replied the man
"Oh, well shawty over there." She pointed at me causing the team to laugh
"Always tryna see some dick." Said Ryan
"I like that Papi D." Laughed jasmine sticking out her tongue
"You're too much, but yes I'm Jay'lene." I informed him
"Well these roses are for you Mrs.Wright." He smiled handing them to me
I was slightly shocked, they were beautiful but why would someone send them to me.
"Really.?"
"Of course, and now I see why the card says I love you beautiful." He smirked
"Um, uh uh boy, shoo fly away, that just pissed me off how you going to flirt with someone you know got a nigga. Don't even think about saying you don't know cause you're delivering their flowers from her nigga." Uttered Ryan
"My job is to make her feel special."
"Yea, special not horny, you don't even make enough money to make her happy so bye." Replied jasmine
"Right, you probably can't even afford the flowers you deliver." Added Tayla
"Guys, calm down it was just a compliment." I slightly laughed "thanks for the flowers, ummm Ben ." I spoke looking at his name tag
"You welcome." He nodded before leaving the gym
"Y'all are too much." Laughed Kristina
"I swear, like y'all done made fun of his finances." I added
"He was trying to smooth talk you." Retorted Ryan
"Well, it wasn't working."
I started examining the roses, and I found a little card.
Roses are red
Violets are blue

A slight smile crept across my face it was corny, but sweet at the same time. No one has ever sent me roses, I honestly never expected to get any either.
"Mesmerized.?" Laughed Kristina bringing me out of my thoughts
"Yea, sorry I was just thinking, but that's all guys don't forget the dinner tonight." I informed them
"Oh yea I won't be able to make that." Kristina informed us
"Me either."
"Me either."
"I can't."
"I can't either."
"Well damn who can go.?" I questioned
"I wish I could but, my classes are kicking my ass right now." Spoke Jenny
"Well, I guess we can set it for another day..." I stated
"We can try on Friday night." Suggested Ryan
"Alright Friday then." I agreed
We all grabbed our things and began walking out of the gym to the parking lot. There was a uber standing outside waiting on me... ME.
"Now my name is Jay'lene." Spoke jasmine
"No she's not I am." I corrected laughing a little
"I was instructed to take you to certain places today." Stated the man
"This is all from August right.?" Questioned Kristina
"Damn, if you don't date whoever pampering you then I will." Said trinity
"It should be August, but I don't know he's never really been the type to do things like this." I replied
"You accepting the uber still.?" Asked Ryan
"Of course." I reassured her
The driver then opened the door for me allowing me inside the car.
"I'll be taking you to a hotel now." He informed me as he drove out of the parking lot
I just nodded.

We pulled up to this gorgeous hotel,it was huge , I've always drove past it just never wanted to stop and go inside.
The driver allowed me out of the car " you'll be in room B22, here's your key. I'll be out here waiting for you at 7." He informed me while handing me the key
"Thank you." I smiled before entering the building
I got onto the elevator clicking floor B, everything about this hotel was nice and extravagant.
I walked to the room unlocking it with the key. As soon as I entered I was blown away.
Roses everywhere along with candles. There was a black dress laying across the bed with another card.
I'm so glad you chose me
But this would be my very first time
I didn't really understand it that well, but I know it had to have a meaning.
I grabbed the robe walking towards the bathroom. Everything was candle lit and beautiful.

I got out the tub completing my hygiene routine, I walked past the mirror in the bathroom and I walked back looking at myself. I opened the robe slightly on my stomach examining it, before exiting the bathroom and putting on the dress.
My body was just like damn inside of this dress, my curves were popping out perfectly that's how I know nobody but August did this one.
I put on the heels laying at the side of the bed, I took a quick glimpse at the dresser when a black rectangular shaped box caught my eye.
I walked over picking it up seeing a silver necklace saying Jam with a heart beside it

The more gifts I was receiving the more special but horrible I was feeling.
I closed the box grabbing my phone and leaving the hotel room, I walked to the uber and he smiled opening the door for me. I nodded at him as I got in.
"Can you tell me where we're going now.?" I asked
"We're going to the auditorium miss." He replied
The gym, really.?

We pulled up to the gym and the driver allowed me out of the car "thank you." I spoke
"My pleasure." He nodded
I then walked up to the building door, the gym was literally jet black as I walked closer, but as soon as I got in red spotlights came on.
August then started coming out of the darkness into the light with a microphone singing.
"I was just Rollin through the hood, when I saw you thinkin damn she lookin good. Then you caught my eye told you I just need somebody for me, then you started walkin over slowly, and this is what you told me."
That's when the whole basketball team came out singing "I'm so glad you chose me."
As they sung people were coming up to me one by one giving me a single rose.
The cheerleaders came out joining them "but this would be my very first time, very first time." They added
"This will be my very first time." Added the basketball team
"And I don't wanna waste your time." Sung August finishing the song off bringing me the last rose
He was smirking at me while biting his lip, and by this time my eyes were filled with tears.
"Jay, I know we been through a lot of shit, I done played ya a few times because I wasn't ready fa the shit you was ready fa but I'm ready na. I'm glad ya chose meh ova all tha Otha's ya coulda chose ova meh, I'm pretty sure ya know this muh first time even willing ya settle down but I'll do it fa you. I put ya through so much and I wanna apologize fa it, you tha one I wanna be with fuh'eva, I know it took meh fuh'eva ya realize that but I know na. I got all muh ex's here and even yours so they can see that both of us, we off tha market na. We got a family ion Eva wanna let go, we jam bay'beh can't nothing come between that." He spoke
"What are you trying to say.?" I questioned
"What I'm tryna say is.." I couldn't even fight the as I watched him get down on one knee "Jay'lene Ciara wright, will ya give meh August Anthony Alsina Jr. Tha honor of being my wife."
He hand a little black box in his hand with a big diamond ring in it just shining.

Everything was goin perfect fa meh, everything went jus tha way I planned. I had ha in tears with tha way I had errythang planned.
I had Trent ass in hea so he could see that Jay is always gon be mine, and I had nahla hea so she could stop hittin meh up.
It took meh a long ass time ta realize Jay is that one I wanna be with fa now and fa eva.
"Will ya marry meh Jay'lene.?" I asked
"August I - I'm pregnant." She spoke
"That's even mo of a reason ta marry ya." I slightly chuckled
"It might be by Trent." She cried
"Oo." Said the crowd backing up
Muh whole posture changed, muh whole mood went from love ta pain then anger. A nigga felt dumb as fuck thinkin some bitch loved meh. I stood up and tha while gym looked at Trent..
He had a smirk cross his face " oops." He shrugged
With no hesitation nor words I hit his ass wit a mean ass left hook. "August stop, I only did it because I thought you was still playing me. So, I wanted my vengeance on you." Pleaded Jay pulling me from Trent before he could swing back
I just looked at ha, I felt betrayed.
"August I'm sorry, I do love you and wanna marry but I just thought you weren't taking me serious like he was."
I couldn't control myself today, my left hand had a mind of its own. I hadn't even realized muh hand was raised until I felt it go across ha face.
"August what the fuck.!" Yelled Kristina runnin ta Jay
"Yo aug chill." Stated Chris pullin meh from ha
"Fuck ya mean chill, she was ova hea playin meh while muh ass had plans on marrying ha hoe ass man fuck that shit." I spat
"She a fuckin female August you can't be doing that shit, not to mention she fucking pregnant." He retorted
"I could give less than two fucks on god. I wanted muh shit ta last this time roun and she wanna go fuck otha niggas. Fuck that shit and that bitch."
"Sounds familiar don't it." Spoke Jay gettin up as she held ha face
"Man fuck you." I scoffed
"No, fuck you August. Everytime We dated I was loyal to the fullest, I gave you all of me while you fucked anyone you wanted, I wanted to show you how it felt. I apologize though I didn't know you would take it as far as proposing to me and I didn't even mean to get pregnant." She retorted
"Condoms don't exist no fuckin mo.?"
"He didn't want to use them I thought I was safe."
"Fuck this shit fa real, ion want shit ta do wit yo ass Jay, on god don't hit me up fa nothin not even bout Melmel tell Kristina ta text meh. I'm changin all muh shit." I scoffed stormin through tha crowd
