The world has ended, I'm the only one left,
I looked around, and wondered "where were the rest?"
It was dark, and the sun was down,
There were little lights that led to a town.
I followed them, maybe the people are there,
I walked and walked, as the wind blew against my hair.
I got tired of walking, so I sat down for a break,
I don't know how long it will take.
I looked up at the sky, and the stars were dancing,
I threw myself on the grass, and started laughing.
But then I got up, and continued to follow the light,
I needed to get there, so I can make things right.
I can't live alone forever, I need someone there,
To make me feel welcome, and put me in their care.
I finally reached, that little beautiful town,
But no one was there.....and I fell to the ground.
