I HEAR IT ALL THE TIME
I CAN NEVER GET A BREAK
THE MORE SILENT
THE WORSE IT GETS
I TRY CROWD MYSELF WITH NOISE
SO I CANT HEAR THE PERSISTENT RINGING
BUT IT'S IN MY MIND
IT'S A NEVER-ENDING NIGHTMARE
LIKE YOUR FAVOURITE SONG
CONSTANTLY STUCK IN YOUR HEAD
A RECORD ON REPEAT
SCREAMING THROUGH YOUR EARS
I DON'T EVEN KNOW
HOW I'VE SURVIVED THIS LONG
WITHOUT GOING COMPLETELY
INSANE.

[a/n] this is kinda deep to me because i wrote this when my tinnitus got really bad. (search it up if you don't know what it is)
i had to write in capitals because i felt i wasn't being heard...
