The crew lost communication from their home planet due to the distance. There are a total of 8 passengers on board Atlantis I.
They were Zack, Gabriel, Mindy, Athena, Brenda, Turner, Lisa and Mirkel.
All of them were scientists who had other occupations that they were good at.
Zack's second occupation is an electrical engineer. Turner is a medical practitioner. Athena is an Architect while Brenda is a business woman who owns a restaurant chain and mall back in Dremin.
On the other hand, Mindy is also a musician while Gabriel served in the military.
Their captain, Mirkel, is just a college drop out but he is the brain of the entire operation. He is more knowledgeable in terms of science and experimentation.
Lisa served as a lawyer, prosecutor and a judge for 10 years back in their planet.
They lived in the forest for more than a year. They went around studying the things about this world. They discovered a lot, one of them is that the atmosphere is healthy for their bodies. It slows the aging process a hundred times compared to our home planet.
They can live more years than what they used to. Back in their home planet they can only live up to 90-120 years old. But here on this new planet they can live for another 600 - 700 years.
They also discovered that the planet is abundant of different species of animals and rare minerals. They are even more valuable than what they had back then.
Through the years of study and research. They slowly understood the planet and it's nature. They decided to create a colony there since flying back to their planet is not a good idea.

A few decades have passed, their population grew uncontrollably fast that they have now a total of 133,560 citizens. They married each other and bore children and so did their children. It continued like that causing the numbers to surge throughout the years.
They were able to establish a huge city by using the resources in this world. The buildings, machineries and technology are mostly copied from what they had in their home planet.
They named the city Atlantis because it was the name of the spaceship that brought the earliest people. They also used it so they will always remember the history of their people and how they came to be.
Through the years of advancement and population increase. They have consumed a lot of natural resources.
One day, there was a top secret science experiment that went horribly wrong. The experiment included a virus that can alter the genes of the human body. It leaked from their laboratory and found its way to the city.
They were grateful, it was not deadly. However, there are hundreds of cases received by the authorities about the genetic mutation that occured in the capital.
The majority population that experienced such mutation were the newborn babies. Since their bodies were not yet fully developed and the virus can easily alter their physique and rate of growth.
Newborn babies who had the virus grew into large ones. They grew up to a height of 20 ft while their strength became 100 times more stronger.
At first, living with giants was fine and productive. However, because of their huge appetite, they faced food scarcity in the city and a lot of citizens grew restless with the issue. The giants could eat 2 whole cows per meal and it would still not be enough for them.
As a solution, the established government of Atlantis gathered for a council meeting to discuss the matter regarding the giants.
When the meeting session concluded, the head of the military government, Gabriel was ordered to get rid of them. They were driven out of the city to fend for themselves, while others who refused to leave were killed.
There were thousands of giants who left the city. They scattered all over the planet.

One of the giants named Goliath wandered alone in a far away place in the east. He couldn't help but feel resentment towards the city of Atlantis for driving them away. Still, he couldn't do anything about it.
While he was walking aimlessly, he suddenly saw smoke in the distance.
He went to take a look. To his surprise, there were group of men who sat around a campfire. They were eating meat, drinking and laughing. They all wore armours and swords.
Goliath was perplexed, he could tell that these people are not advanced in technology. He thought at first, they were the only ones in the planet but it seems that he was wrong.
He showed himself to them. The moment the people who gathered around the campfire saw him. They jumped out in fright while they hurriedly unsheathed their swords.
Goliath walked closer to them, giving them a clear view of his height and size. They couldn't help but widened their eyes in shock.
They immediately threw down their swords and raised their hands and exclaimed surrender in their language.
Goliath didn't understand them, he instead leaned and grabbed their food and ate them. He slowly turned around to leave but he was blocked by someone.
The person made a sign language that they have more food in their main camp. Goliath understood him, and followed behind as they led him.
When they reached their main camp. Goliath was surprised, there were thousands of people gathered, he could tell it was a military camp. Everyone looked at him with shocking eyes.
When they arrived in the center. A huge tent rests where the King of the army resides. When he saw Goliath walking towards his tent, a soldier ran near him and whispered to him what happened.
When Goliath arrived in front of the King. The King immediately talked to him while gesturing with his hands. He wanted Goliath to fight for them and in return they would feed him with anything he desires.
Goliath agreed to the offer presented by the King. Through the years, they were able to win countless battles together with him. Goliath became a symbol of their army until he met his end by the hands of a small shepherd boy, David, in the Valley of Ela.

Atlantis recovered quickly when all the giants left the city. They continued living their day to day without worries.
However, one night someone flew down from the sky causing countless people of Atlantis to look up. There they saw a man exuding brilliance and divinity. He had wings on his back and he was holding a scepter. He smashed the scepter on the ground and the earth shook while his body released blinding light.
The mysterious man spoke in their language which startled them, "This city had brought corruption and wickedness into this world! The natives of this world have suffered because of your people, the giants, who brutally murdered and ate the flesh of the natives. The Creator of this planet have spoken, He will cleanse this planet of your filth!"
As soon as he finished speaking, thunders roared in the skies followed by lightning.
The mysterious man flew up in the sky and vanished within the clouds. Right after he disappeared, water started pouring from the heavens. The people of Atlantis panicked, this was after all their first time to experience rain.
The rich and powerful immediately boarded their spaceships to leave the planet. However, the spaceships who were trying to escape were struck by lightning and they exploded instantly in mid air.
The rain poured relentlessly while everyone was panicking. Immediately the city became flooded because there were no drainage system installed. No one expected such a thing to happen after all.
Everyone died as the rain continued to pour for days, the city of Atlantis could no longer be seen. The whole planet was now covered in water.
The only survivors were Mirkel and few of his family who went onboard the Atlantis I. They were barely able to escape. Before they could reach the clouds, Mirkel activated the light speed button of the ship which caused the space to distort for a few seconds and then their ship was able to cross the barrier and disappear.
Others were not so lucky as them.
Mirkel and his family didn't return to their home planet when they escaped. No one knew what happened to them or where they went.
The only people on the planet who survived were those inside an Ark made of wood. The moment the rain ended, a ray of light with vibrant colors appeared in the horizon.
From here on then, a new world and a brand new beginning awaited them.
