Cassie's POV
I was on my laptop- on my blog-again. But hey! The people need me. I'm a very important person when it comes to the fashion world.
I heard the door open. I looked up.
"Sup Brit"
She just glared at me as she slammed the door closed, causing the ground to shake.
"Who pissed in your Cheerios today?" Emily asked with a smirk.
She just shot us daggers before running to her room. Her eyes starting to fill up with tears.
Emily and I exchanged glances before rushing after her.
I knocked on the door.
"Brittany...?"
I just heard a bunch of sobs.
I tried opening the door but it was locked. I pulled a bobby pin out of my hair and picked the lock.
I swung the door open to see Brittany crying into her pillow.
"Oh hunny, what happened?" I asked concerned.
We sat down on the bed next to her. She looked up at us; her eyes were red and puffy, and the tears continued to stream down her face.
"H-he d-d-dumped me!" she stuttered before starting up another round of sobs.
"Why would he do that?!" Emily asked in astonishment.
"I-I d-d-d-don't kn-now!" She cried. "He j-just went into the s-studio and 15 minutes later he c-came outside and t-told me h-he w-was b-b-breaking up with me!" She said in between sobs.
"Oh hunny! I'm sorry." I comforted her.
"I'll get the ice cream!" Emily said before getting up and sprinting into the kitchen.
"I'll be back" I said before hurrying away.
I picked up my iPhone 5 and called Harry.
"Hullo?" He answered the phone.
"Harry! What the hell is wrong with Louis?!"
"Oh... That..." he said quietly.
"I'm waiting." I told him.
"Meet me at Starbucks in 15 minutes,"
"'Kay, fine," I told him before hanging up.
I threw on some dark blue skinny jeans, a 3/4 sleeve, slightly cropped, collared, button up blouse that was white with black stripes and tied in a knot at the bottom. A dark blue beanie, dark blue rimmed sunglasses, white flats with bows, and a black, leather, messenger bag that I slung over my shoulder.
My hair had been left curly- like always, and my makeup was light- concealer, powder, mascara, eyeliner, hot pink lipstick, and a light tinted cream blush. My nails had been done last night- they were blue and sparkly.
I grabbed my keys and my phone and threw them in my purse as I walked out the door and yelled "I'll be back in an hour, bye!"
I took the elevator to the ground floor. As I stepped outside and started walking to the little café a few blocks away, my phone buzzed with twitter mentions.
I took it out of my purse. Most were nice; a lot of people already knew me from my blog.

I had just arrived at Starbucks. I walked in and saw Harry at the back. He was holding his coffee and mine- a caramel mocha frappucino with lots of whipped cream. It was what I always ordered, despite what the weather was.
"Thanks" I said, grabbing my coffee.
I took a sip.
"So, spill; what's with Lou? Why did he have to break my best friends heart?!" I said a little frantically.
"Well, you know she was getting the most hate, right?" He started to explain.
"Yeah" I replied slowly.
"Well Simon told him he had to break up with her because of it."
I gasped, but he continued.
"Lou didn't want to do it but uncle Si-"
I cut him off by bursting into laughter.
"Uncle, Si..." I couldn't contain my laughter.
"What's so funny?" Harry was so confused.
"Like from Duck Dynasty?!" She laughed.
"What the hell is that?"
He didn't know what Duck Dynasty was?!
"Lord please help this child," I said, mostly to myself.
"I will show you every single episode!" I told him.
"Um okay..." Oh Harry...
"But back to the douche bag." I told him, wiping tears away from my eyes- I had been laughing that hard.
"Anyways, Simon was about to shred his contract but Louis stopped him. Simon said he didn't want to do it but it was what was best for us- and her."
"Wow" I said, a bit speechless.
"Lou is in bad condition, this is really hard for him.
"Wow, that's horrible. But he is the one that brought this upon himself. He is the one that broke Brit's heart when she didn't do anything wrong. It wasn't her fault that she was getting so much hate."
"Oh my God, Cass, calm down, people are staring."
"Sorry, but anyways."
"But Simon says not to tell anyone... I wasn't even supposed to tell you..." he said, trailing off.
All of a sudden some girls walked up and asked Harry for his autograph. He said yes and did so.
The girls glared at me. I eyed them up and down then smirked.
"Well I should probably be back soon, bye babe" I said before kissing Harry a bit roughly, while the girls were still watching.
"Bye, babe," he said.
I bit my lip and looked away, then I walked out the door, down the street and a few blocks back to the apartment through the brittle cold.
"I'm home!" I yelled.
I walked to my room and put my purse down, slipped off my shoes and put my phone in my back pocket.
I walked through the house in search of the girls...
