whenever you laugh, i laugh too; you have the most infectious personality. your laugh fills my lungs like warm water, burning into my skin. it's such a harsh noise, but i love it.
it's when you put your hand on mine, that the water in my lungs freezes. I can't breathe.
you always tell me "we're just friends with benefits," but you never tell me what the benefits are. all i know is that when you hold my hand, your pulse doesn't quicken nearly as much as mine does, and your cheeks stay the same pale flush.
