Finally once my family and friends noticed me all I could say was, "I'm back..." and then all the heads of the merpeople looked at me and did the one thing I wasn't expecting.....
They hugged me...

I was in the middle of a bone crushing hug.
I was trying to wiggle out, but that did not happen.
Surrounding me was my dad who was crying down a waterfall, along with my sister who I haven't seen in what felt like years.
She was a total mess, I was surprised that she didn't look that good. She was always the more stylish ones, but instead she was wearing one of my tee shirts.
WAIT ONE OF MY FAVORITE TEE SHIRTS!...
I pulled out of the family hug and cautiously walked over to where Kate was standing.
She whimpered, she probably thought something bad was going to happen, and boy was she right.
I tried to compose myself for my accusation, but I couldn't help it, it was my FAVORITE tee shirt!
I couldn't hold back anymore.
"WHO THE HECK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, HUGGING ME AND THEN WEARING MY FAVORITE TEE SHIRT!", I screamed at her. But she was not backing down. It must run in the family.
She screamed back at me, I MISSED YOU SO MUCH! YOU PROMISED ME YOU WOULD BE BACK. AND YOU DIDN'T... I THOUGHT YOU WERE...", at this point she was crying her eyes but she didn't stop. "I AM WEARING YOUR SHIRT BECAUSE IT WAS ALL I HAD LEFT OF MY SISTER WHO I MIGHT ADD. I. THOUGHT. WAS. DEAD.
At this point I started to break down in tears too,(I might be a little bi-polar) I swam into my room and crossed the portal and was welcomed by seeing my brother, Percy kissing...
