( Your POV )
You were in class alone since you were a transferee. Everyone was talking to someone except for you. You were just sitting there waiting for the teacher to enter
"Hi there" someone said beside you
You turned and saw a guy with a guitar behind him. He was smiling at you
"Oh, Uhm, uhh, H-hi" you stuttered not really sure what to say. You didn't want to mess it up and have a bad impression
"I'm Jisoo but you can call me Joshua" he said handing his hand
"Ohh, Hi J-Joshua. I'm [Y/N]" you said shaking his hand
You felt his hands, they were soft and big.
"So why did you transfer in the middle of the school year?" He asked sitting in the chair beside yours
"Uhh, I was expelled" you said looking away
"What? How can someone like you be expelled?" He asked shocking
The teacher suddenly entered so you didn't answer his question.
"So, as you all can see. We have a new transferee. Please introduce yourself" the teacher said motioning for you to go to the front
You stood up and went to the front, you bowed
"Annyeonghaseyo, [Y/N] ibnida (Hello, my name is [Y/N])" you said smiling a bit
You went back to your seat and Joshua was looking at you like he wants to ask you why you got expelled.
When it was break time you stood up and packed your stuff.
"So [Y/N] why did you get expelled?" He asked you as you both walked outside the classroom
"I beat up a guy" you said remembering that time
"WHAT?! WHY??!! That doesn't seem like anything you're capable off!!!" He shouted shocked
"You see that guy I beaten up before was molesting a girl. And I couldn't just do nothing. So I walked up to them, tried to talk him out but he wouldn't listen to me and he was about to harm me so I just defended myself but then I got caught by our principal, I tried to explain but that guy made up lies and the teacher didn't believe me. So, no suspension, directly expelled" you said sighing
"Eesh. How did your parents take it?" He asked
"My parent believed me. They know that they raised me well" you said smiling.
You both entered the cafeteria and ordered some sandwiches. You walked back to your classrooms while talking about each other's lives, getting to know each other more.
You sat back down on your chair and Joshua was playing his guitar still talking with you
"So I see that you're pretty much into guitar" you said looking at his guitar and how he plays it
"Oh yeah, want me to teach you?" He asked
"Uhm, sure" you said blushing a bit
"Can you uhm, can you go to my house later? Or I'll go to yours?" He asked scratching the back of his head
"Ohh, just in yours" you said smiling
The teacher entered and Joshua put down his guitar. The whole day you two were just talking and knowing things about each other. A lot of girls were glaring at you but you didn't mind them
It was already dismissal time and Joshua was walking you to your house. You arrived in your house not more than 10 minutes
"Oh you were the ones who just moved in here" he said looking at your house
"Uhm yeah. How did you know?" You asked curiously
"That's our house" he said pointing at the house next to yours
"Ohh, well it's great then. I don't have to go too far away later" you laughed
"Yeah I guess so. So I'll see you later. Bye [Y/N]" he said walking to the other house waving at you and you waved back and went in your house
"Mom I'm home" you said going to the kitchen
"Oh, hi honey. Go and change, we will eat dinner in awhile" your mom said smiling at you
"Okay mom" you said going upstairs to change
After changing you went downstairs. You heard some laughing in the he kitchen so you went there to check it out
"Oh honey. These are our neighbors" your mom said pointing at the unknown people you see except for Joshua
"Hi [Y/N]" Joshua said waving and smiling at you
"Oh you two know each other?" His mom asked pointing at the both of you
"We met in school earlier" I answered sitting beside Joshua
"Oh I guess you two could get along well" his mom said clapping her hands in joy
We ate dinner while talking about some memories in the past.
"You guys want to watch some childhood videos of [Y/N]?" Your mom asked
"Sure!" Joshua's dad exclaimed
Your mom put on a tape
"That's her meeting her very first friend. But we forgot who that guy is" your mom said pointing at you and the guy on the video
"Wait, Jisoo, isn't that you?" Joshua's mom said pointing at the guy
"Yeah,I think that's me" Joshua said focusing on the screen
"Wait. You're THE [Y/N]? The [Y/N] I was looking for my whole life?" Joshua asked looking at you
He got out his wallet and showed you a picture. In that picture you saw yourself with a guy. You knew that you saw that picture before. You went to your room and grabbed a picture frame beside your bed.
"I-is this you?" You asked pointing at the same guy in your picture frame. There was a huge picture and a little picture from a photo booth in the side
"Yes, yes that's me" Joshua said slowly looking at you
"Oh gosh! I found you! After all these years I found you!" Joshua said hugging you
"I've been waiting for this moment" you said eyes starting to water
"Don't leave me again [Y/N]" Joshua said looking in your eyes
"I won't" you said a tear slipping down your eyes
"Awww. You kids are so cute" both your moms said
Joshua looked at your mom and she nodded
"[Y/N] will you be my girlfriend?" He asked looking you straight in the eyes
You stopped for a minute and looked at his mom and she nodded and you looked at your mom and she nodded already crying
"Yes, I'll be your girlfriend" you said
Joshua's smile immediately widened as he kissed you there right in front of your parents
