athena had texted calum after he hung up. she was still on skype with luke, hoping calum would join back into the call.
after ten more minutes of laughing about random stuff with luke, calum had finally texted back.
athena: where did u go
athena: don't be a lost boy come back to ur friends
cutecumber: come find me
cutecumber: lmao no
athena: i mean i could find you
athena: ur in australia
athena: and im in australia
cutecumber: ig
athena: what if i drove up there
cutecumber: wh AT
athena: instead of you guys flying
cutecumber: that would be really cool
athena: wait are you guys living on your own or with someone bc if ur living with someone i feel like it would be really awkward
cutecumber: well we live with some people but they're cool

"oh, shit. athena?" she heard luke's voice echo throughout her phone. "yeah?"
"i have to go."
"oh. calum just had to go too, is everything okay?"
"yeah, we just have band practice."
"band practice? calum never told me about that." athena was a little upset that he'd never told her, but she also knew there was probably a reason.
"oh, im sure he was just waiting to tell you. but i have to go now." luke said, waving at the screen before he disconnected. (a/n: time for a bunch of lyrics)
athena sighed, then made her way to her bed to start planning the awfully long drive to sydney.
