Prologue:
Have you ever been in a situation, where you doing something you're passionate about, and you get that wild and crazy feeling, like you're doing something right? The world seems to come to a halt, and the rest seems to be a blur? That's my feeling when I dance. My worries fade. My troubles? Gone. Stress? I don't even know that word when I'm dancing. I love just going to my school's theater, hooking my Ipod up to the sound system, and dancing on the stage to whatever song happens to come on. It like my secret passage way to another world, where love is real, and true, and time stops, If only for a moment.
I love to just feel the beat of the music, and let my body move with it. I love to choreograph, don't get me wrong. But freestyle is my muse. I love going with the flow of the music, and getting lost in it.
If you ever met me in real life, you would have never guessed in a million years that I am passionate about dancing. My looks don't exactly tell people, "hey guess what? I can really dance!" They say things like, "Oh, she looks like a poor girl" My wardrobe has never been 'expressive' so to speak. More like, boring, or 'thirft store glamourous'' if you will. Although I do love expressive stuff, my family can't really afford it. See, last winter, my dad lost his job, due to a fire that erupted at his office. My dad has never had a job since. So my mom works too jobs, and I work three. Sometimes it comes to a point where our money is so tight, that'll not even sure if I'll come home to enough food to eat for dinner.
