"Come inside before you get snowed out!" Mickey jokes from the comfort of the warm doorway.

"Coming sweetheart!" James jokingly sing-songs to her. Not even the moment after he crosses the threshold, a delivery truck slides down the curvy road, and into James' truck. Mickey's mouth drops open in shock, and James sets down all the groceries in the entryway before darting into the cold to see who's in the truck and if anyone's hurt.

"Mickey! I'm going to need your help to move him!" James yells and so Mickey slips on the closest shoes-conveniently her favorite UGGs. Rushing out to James' six foot figure, she's in awe of the size of the man inside the truck.

At her five foot three stature, she calculates that he's around six foot four, but has at least fifty pounds on James with all the muscles he's sporting.

The man's collapsed against his steering wheel, a little blood on his forehead. James opens the door a crack, and the man's body is only held by his seatbelt. Mickey slips in the little space there is, and pushes his dead weight back in the seat with little struggle, accidentally setting off the horn (which sounds like a distorted version of a typical horn). James lets out a quiet chuckle at his clumsy girl, who sticks her tongue out.

However, the horn seemed to wake up the large man, at least enough to realize he has a lady sitting in his lap. "Brenda?"

"I'm Mickey." Mickey replies, kind of put off that he has a wife or girlfriend. Which makes no sense, she has James!

"Am I dead?" The man asks, struggling to keep his eyes open.

"No, you hit your head pretty bad." James replies, peering into the truck.

"Let's get you inside." Mickey says, jolting the man from his stupor.

"But I need to deliver these packages!" He says, but Mickey shakes her head.

"We'll move your truck to the shed, but you're not going anywhere."." James says, already taking out his truck keys.

"Do you think you can move?" Mickey frets over him, and the man laughs.

"Not with you on me like that, darlin'." James surprisingly just laughs, normally other people who say things like that meet his fist. Mickey slides off his lap after unclipping his seatbelt.

She's standing out of the truck with her arms held out, as if her little weight could help him get out (and he's at least two times her weight). James chuckles from behind her, holding out one of his hands too for the stranger. The man takes James' hand, and then after seeing Mickey looking put off, he takes hers too. And Mickey's glad he did, because as soon as he tried to stand up he immediately fell out of the truck, into Mickey and James who barely keep him standing upright.

James grabs the man by his waist-area, and motions for Mickey to get the door open. Once they've got the stranger sitting on the couch, James leaves to move the trucks.

Mickey makes quick work of getting the man's boots, snow pants and jacket off. Each layer reveals a very toned part of a body. Once he's down to his long underwear and a fitted long sleeve, she brings a blanket and helps him lay down. He feels uncomfortable with barely any clothes on around people he's only just met, but knows that this is to keep him from getting hypothermia.

"Hot chocolate? Coffee? Water?" Mickey frets over him again, and he chuckles again.

"Mickey right? Can you get me a phone? I need to call Brenda." The man requests timidly, and Mickey's smile falters before it picks up again.

"Sure, let me go get my cell phone." She stands without further prodding, and is back soon with the phone.

The man thanks her, and dials a number. After a few minutes, he leaves a message.

"Hey Brenda, it's Dylan. A nice lady and her boyfriend took me in until the roads clear up enough for me to drive the truck back. Make sure that Ella doesn't eat too many sweets and you should be fine-I just stocked the house for the storm anyways. Okay, love you and stay safe." He then hangs up the phone and hands it back to me.

"Thank you, I had to remind my sister of a few things, she gets freaked out in storms." He smiles and Mickey's head finally clears when she hears "sister".

James opens the door, covered from head to toe in snow. Mickey flits over to him, helping him remove his snow stuff too. A few towels laid down to catch the water from the snow, and all their stuff is in the laundry room, drying. Once both men are seated by the fireplace with at least two blankets wrapped around them, Mickey goes to make them dinner.

"She's a handful, isn't she?" Justin chuckles to Dylan. Dylan chuckles in response, nodding.

"You're very lucky though, not many girls these days that put everyone before themselves." Dylan comments, and Justin just smiles, shaking his head.

"I am lucky, lucky that she settled down in this house with me when she could've had anyone." Justin feels a pang in his chest at the thought of anyone but him or Dylan having kids with her. But Dylan misinterprets his statement, and suddenly feels very out of place.

"I'll be right back, I need to use the bathroom." Dylan stands up in a haste, and Justin gives him fast directions. Mickey comes back with a tray, and looks confused when she doesn't see Dylan.

"Where's Dylan?" She voices, and Justin looks up.

"Bathroom." He barely utters before the door slams and a figure runs out in the direction of the barn. Mickey glares at Justin, putting on her proper snow boots and her jacket before running out after him, Justin hot on her heels.

"What did you say to him?" Mickey yells through the storm. Justin shrugs, and Mickey mutters, "Men."

They reach the barn in record time, and Justin pries the door open for Mickey. She jumps through the door and walks to the delivery truck, all the horses neighing around them.

She yet again climbs into the truck, and sees Dylan with his head against the steering wheel.

"It won't even start." He mumbles with pink cheeks, and she slides closer to him. She takes one hand off at a time, before pushing his head up.

"What did Justin say that upset you?" She asks quietly, moving his face to be straight with hers. He doesn't answer at first, so she climbs into his lap again and pecks his face a few times. His face bright red, she rests her head on his shoulder with her arms wrapped around his neck. It's only when he wraps his arms around her that he realizes she's shivering.

He throws the keys onto the dash and slides out of the truck with her still in his arms. Justin's eyes go wide as he finally realizes what Dylan must've interpreted from what he said.

"I don't ever want you to leave." Mickey's quiet voice reaches both of their ears.

Dylan just chuckles and trudges through the snow.
